 DETAILS, DESIGN CALCULATIONS AND THE POLLUTION
 PREVENTION PLAN WILL BE REVIEWED AS PART OF THE
 ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL AND BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATION PROCESSES.
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO SITE
 PLAN APPROVAL:
  
 1. PROVIDE THE VERTICAL DATUM CONVERSION EQUATION ON
 THE SURVEY AND ENGINEERING PLANS.
  
 2. PROVIDE REFERENCE TO VERTICAL DATUM AND CONVERSION
 EQUATION TO NGVD1929 ON EVERY SHEET WITH ELEVATION
 INFORMATION.
  
 3. PBCHD ALLOWS LESSER MINIMUM SEPARATION DISTANCES
 BETWEEN WATER AND SANITARY SEWER MAINS THAN WHAT IS
 LISTED IN UTILITY CONNECTION NOTE #9 ON SHEET C-2.
  
 4. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH NOTES (SHEET C-2) ERRATA:
  A. SFWMD INSTEAD OF SWFWMD IN NOTE #1

 7. SHOW 10' UTILITY EASEMENT AND FPL EASEMENT ALONG THE
 NORTH PROPERTY LINE ON THE ENGINEERING PLANS AND
 LANDSCAPE PLANS (SEE SURVEY).
  
 8. VERIFY SCALE BAR ON THE ENGINEERING PLANS.
  
 9. VERIFY PROPERTY LINE IS CALLED OUT IN THE CORRECT
 LOCATION ON THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY PROFILE ON SHEET C-9.
  
 10. THE RUNOFF FROM THE SIDEWALK AND SIDESLOPE SHOWN
 FOR SECTION A-A, THE SIDESLOPES ON SECTIONS C-C AND D-D
 ON SHEET C-9 CANNOT DRAIN DIRECTLY ONTO THE ADJACENT
 PROPERTY. CREATE A SWALE TO COLLECT THE RUNOFF. THE
 SPREADER SWALE IN THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY CANNOT
 OVERFLOW ONTO THE ADJACENT PROPERTY. CONSIDER DIRECTING
 THE EXCESS RUNOFF TO 45TH STREET DRAINAGE SYSTEM.
  
 11. THE BOTTOM ELEVATION OF 14.70 FT NAVD FOR THE
 SPREADER SWALE IS LOWER THAN THE SEASONAL HIGHWATER
 ELEVATION OF 14.87 FT NAVD SHOWN ON THE POND SECTION ON
 SHEET C-10.
  
 12. STORMWATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IS TO BE DESIGNED TO
 MEET SFWMD ERP CRITERIA INCLUDING WATER QUALITY
 TREATMENT OF THE LARGER OF 1" OF RUNOFF OR 2.5" TIMES
 PERCENT OF IMPERVIOUSNESS AND PRE- VS. POST-DEVELOPMENT
 PEAK DISCHARGE. DRAINAGE CALCULATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED
 DURING ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL.
  
 13. 45TH STREET IS MAINTAINED BY PALM BEACH COUNTY.
 COUNTY APPROVAL WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ANY WORK WITHIN
 THE ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
  
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO
 ISSUANCE OF CONSTRUCTION AUTHORIZATION INCLUDING
 BUILDING PERMITS AND ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL.
  
 1. AN ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL APPLICATION MAY
 BE REQUIRED FROM THE ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
  
 2. EROSION CONTROL PLAN AND DETAILS TO BE SUBMITTED
 WITH THE ENGINEERING PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 3. PROVIDE A COPY OF THE SFWMD ERP PRIOR TO STARTING
 CONSTRUCTION.
  
 4. SITE IS WITHIN THE JURISDICTIONAL LIMITS OF NPBCID
 AND AN APPROVAL LETTER FROM NPBCID WILL BE NEEDED PRIOR
 TO STARTING CONSTRUCTION.
