 1. [NOT SATISFIED. CAN BE MADE A CONDITION OR APPROVAL
 FOR THE SITE PLAN] 45TH ST. IS MAINTAINED BY PALM BEACH
 COUNTY AND MILITARY TRAIL IS MAINTAINED BY FDOT.
 APPROVALS FROM THESE AGENCIES WILL BE NEEDED BEFORE AN
 ENGINEERING PERMIT WILL BE ISSUED.
  
 2. [SATISFIED] CHECK WITH PALM BEACH COUNTY WHETHER
 THEY PREFER THE SIDEWALK ALONG 45TH ST TO BE
 CONSTRUCTED AT BACK OF CURB OR AT THE FUTURE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE.
  
 2.1 [NEW COMMENT] PROVIDE A CROSS SECTION OF THE RIGHT
 TURN LANE ON 45TH ST. FROM EXISTING EDGE OF PAVEMENT TO
 PROPOSED RIGHT OF WAY LINE.

 DEPTH PARKING STALLS] CONSIDER REDUCING THE PARKING

 BUILDING PERMITS AND ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL.
  
 1. AN ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL APPLICATION MAY
 BE REQUIRED FROM THE ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
  
 2. EROSION CONTROL PLAN AND DETAILS TO BE SUBMITTED
 WITH THE ENGINEERING PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 3. PROVIDE A COPY OF THE SFWMD ERP PRIOR TO STARTING
 CONSTRUCTION.
  
 4. SITE IS WITHIN THE JURISDICTIONAL LIMITS OF NPBCID
 AND AN APPROVAL LETTER FROM NPBCID WILL BE NEEDED PRIOR
 TO STARTING CONSTRUCTION.
