 SITE/LANDSCAPE PLAN COMMENTS:
  
 1.) NEW LANDSCAPE HEDGE ALONG THE SOUTHERN PORTION OF
 THE PARKING LOT IS IN CONFLICT WITH THE 2 FT. CURB
 OVERHANG FOR VEHICLES. PLEASE ADJUST THE LOCATION OF
 THE HEDGE TO ELIMINATE CONFLICT.
  
 2.) NEW PLACEMENT OF HEDGES IN THE LANDSCAPE ISLANDS
 SHALL BE RELOCATED/ELIMINATED TO PROVIDE ROOM TO EXIT
 OUT OF VEHICLES. PLEASE CONSULT WITH THE CITY?S
 LANDSCAPE PLANNER ON THE BEST ALTERNATIVE TO ADDRESS
 THE CONFLICT.
  
 3.) FENCE DEPICTION/MATERIAL IN THE LANDSCAPE PLAN DOES
 NOT MATCH THE LANDSCAPE PLAN. PLEASE ADDRESS FOR
 CONSISTENCY.

 * PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN
 WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 * WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF FIVE
 (5) PAPER COPIES, ONE (1) REDUCED COPY IN 8.5 INCHES X
 11 INCHES AND ONE (1) SET IN 11 INCHES X 17 INCHES, AND
 AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS.
  
 * PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE RESUBMITTED PLANS MAY
 RESULT IN ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 * PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
