 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED. PROVIDE A TREE DISPOSITION CHART SHOWING
 THE 2 PALMS TO BE REMOVED, AND 50 SQ FT EACH MITIGATION
 DUE.
  
 2. SATISFIED. CORRECT THE CALCULATIONS FOR REQUIRED
 MINIMUM SHADE TREE AND FLOWERING TREE REQUIREMENTS PER
 SECTION 94-443(C)(2)B. BASED ON REQUIRED OPEN SPACE OF
 40%. 9429 SQ FT REQUIRES 7 SHADE TREES AND 2 FLOWERING
 TREES.
 CORRECTIONS NOT MADE TO CHART.
  
 3. PARTIALLY SATISFIED. PROVIDE THE REQUIRED TERMINAL
 LANDSCAPE ISLAND WITH 8 FEET LANDSCAPE WIDTH AT THE END
 OF EACH ROW OF PARKING ALONG THE NORTH BUFFER. THE 5
 FEET OF REQUIRED LANDSCAPE BUFFER CAN BE A PART OF THE
 TERMINAL ISLAND, BUT THE 8 FEET INSIDE CURB MUST BE
 PROVIDED. THE REQUIRED TREE MUST BE PROVIDED IN
 ADDITION TO THE BUFFER TREE REQUIREMENT.
 TERMINAL ISLAND NEEDS TO BE 8 FEET NEXT TO LOADING
 ZONE.
 LOADING ZONE HAS MOVED, BUT STILL NEEDS TERMINAL ISLAND
 WITH 8 FEET LANDSCAPE WIDTH.
  
 4. SATISFIED. SHORTEN THE PARKING AREA TO ELIMINATE THE
 TURN AROUND FROM ENCROACHING INTO THE NORTH LANDSCAPE
 BUFFER.
  
  
 5. SATISFIED. SECTION 94-443(C)(3) REQUIRES THAT A
 MINIMUM OF 75 PERCENT OF ALL TREES THAT ARE REQUIRED TO
 BE PLANTED WITHIN THE INTERIOR OF AN OFF STREET PARKING
 AREA SHALL BE CATEGORY 1 SHADE TREES. SHOW THE
 PERCENTAGE OF CATEGORY 1 TREES PROVIDED FOR THE
 REQUIRED LANDSCAPE AREAS AS REQUIRED BY SECTION
 94-443(C)(3) FOR TERMINAL AND INTERIOR ISLANDS. THERE
 ARE 10 REQUIRED TREES.

 PARKING LANDSCAPE AREAS COUNTED TOWARD COMPLIANCE WITH
 SECTION 94-443(C)(3) AND (4) AND PROVIDE CALCULATIONS.

 FOR BOTH SECTIONS.

 USE AREA TO BE COUNTED TOWARD COMPLIANCE HAS TO BE
 WITHIN THE PARKING FIELD PER 94-443 FIGURE XIV-1, SHOW
 AREA. SHOW AREA AND LABEL FOR PARKING SPACES AND SHOW
 SEPARATELY FOR VEHICULAR USE AREA.
  
 LANDSCAPE AREAS ARE REQUIRED TO BE WITHIN THE BORDERS
 OF THE PARKING AREA. SEE DIAGRAM CALLED OUT ABOVE.
  
 7. SATISFIED. STAFF SUGGESTS REDUCING THE PAVED AREAS
 FOR PARKING SPACES AND USING CURBS INSTEAD OF WHEEL
 STOPS TO ALLOW FOR PERVIOUS LANDSCAPE AREA AT THE
 OVERHANG. THIS ALSO ALLOWS MORE LANDSCAPE AREA FOR
 SUPPORTING THE ROOT ZONES OF THE TREES.
  
 8. SATISFIED. BUFFER LENGTHS REQUIRE ONE TREE PER 30
 FEET OR PORTION THEREOF. WEST BUFFER LENGTH IS 101.565
 (89.70+ 11.865) AND REQUIRES 4 TREES, SOUTH BUFFER
 LENGTH IS 231.685 (219.82 + 11.865) AND REQUIRES 8
 TREES, NORTH BUFFER REQUIRES 8 TREES, AND EAST BUFFER
 REQUIRES 4 TREES. MAKE CORRECTIONS AND ADD EQUIVALENT
 OF 4 TREES TO EAST BUFFER.
 EAST BUFFER REQUIRES 4 TREES, PLAN SHOWS 12 SABAL PALMS
 MEETING REQUIREMENT. CORRECT THE CHART TO MATCH PLAN
 INSTEAD OF ZERO SHOWN.

 L-2.1 TO MINIMUM OF 12 FEET IN HEIGHT.

 LIGHTING ON SHORTER POLES TO RESOLVE ANY CONFLICTS WITH
 TREES IN THE PARKING AREA LANDSCAPE ISLANDS.
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
