 1. PROVIDE COUNTY TPS LETTER.
 2. PROVIDE A TRAFFIC STUDY SIGNED AND SEALED BY A P.E.
 REGISTERED IN FLORIDA.
 3. PLEASE VERIFY THAT THE EXISTING AND PROPOSED USES
 AND INTENSITIES ARE APPROPRIATE.
 4. PROVIDE INTERSECTION ANALYSIS AT PARKER
 AVENUE/BELVEDERE ROAD.
  
  
 SITE PLAN COMMENTS:
 5. PROVIDE COUNTY DRIVEWAY LETTER.
 6. SHOW CURBS CUTS AND DRIVEWAYS ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE
 OF STREET ALONG PARKER AVENUE AND BELVEDERE ROAD.
 7. PROVIDE UTILITY PLAN.
 8. PROVIDE 40-FOOT SETBACK FROM THE CENTERLINE ON
 PARKER AVENUE PER CITY CODE SECTION 94-305.
 9. INCLUDE THE REQUIRED AND PROPOSED NUMBER OF LOADING
 AREA IN THE SITE DATA TABLE AND SITE PLAN.
 10. CLARIFY THE LOCATION OF GARBAGE COLLECTION.
 11. PROVIDE AUTOTURN PATHS FOR GARBAGE, DELIVERY AND
 SERVICE VEHICLES.
 12. THE PROPOSED NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES ARE 3 TIMES
 THE REQUIRED PARKING SPACES. ARE THEY NEEDED?
 13. INDICATE THE REQUIRED AND PROVIDED NUMBER OF
 BICYCLE PARKING SPACES IN THE SITE DATA TABLE. PROVIDE
 BICYCLE PARKING SPACES NEAR THE FRONT ENTRANCE.
 14. PROVIDE A 10-FOOT SIDEWALK ON THE FRONTAGE ALONG
 PARKER AVENUE
 15. REALIGN THE DRIVEWAY ON BELVEDERE ROAD WITH THE
 PARKING AISLE. PROVIDE STOP BARS AND SIGNS AT THE
 INTERNAL INTERSECTION AS APPROPRIATE.
 16. COORDINATE WITH PALM TRAN TO RELOCATE THE BUS STOP
 ON PARKER AVENUE TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE SITE,
 PROVIDE BUS STOP EASEMENT AND CONSTRUCT A BUS SHELTER
 IF DESIRED BY PALM TRAN AT THE APPLICANT'S EXPENSE.
 17. PROVIDE 20-FOOT CONCRETE-PAVED CORNER CLIP AT
 BELVEDERE ROAD/PARKER AVENUE FOR PEDESTRIAN AND PROVIDE
 SIDEWALK AND UTILITY EASEMENT.
 18. SHOW THE 20-FOOT VISIBILITY TRIANGLE. VERIFY THAT
 THE 30-INCH SCREEN WALL DOES NOT BLOCK SIGHT DISTANCE.
 19. PROVIDE 20-FOOT PAVED ALLEY. PROVIDE STOP BAR AND
