 WALK-UP WINDOW, BUT THIS APPEARS TO BE INCONFLICT WITH
 THE LANDSCAPE PLANS THAT ARE BEING PROVIDED. IT IS NOT
 SHOWN ON THE ELEVATIONS. IS THE WALK-UP WINDOW BEING
 PROPOSED? IF SO, MODIFICATIONS TO THE ELEVATIONS, SITE
 AND LANDSCAPE PLANS WILL BE REQUIRED.
 14. ROOFTOP MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT NEEDS TO BE SCREENED
 FROM VIEW (INCLUDING FROM THE NORTH).
 15. BECAUSE THESE BUILDING HAVE FRONTAGE AND VISIBILITY
 FROM 13TH STREET, CONSIDERING RECONFIGURING THE
 DESIGN/SCREENING OF WHAT IS THE REAR OF THE BUILDING.
 16. BUILDING B ? SHEET A4.0 ? KEY NOTE #17 IS POINTING
 TO WHAT APPEARS TO BE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, BUT THE
 LEGEND INDICATES THAT #17 IS THE SCUPPER, COLLECTOR,
 ETC. IT APPEARS SEVERAL NOTES ARE INCORRECT.
 17. CONSIDER REVIEWING THE WALL SIGNS FOR COMPLIANCE TO
 SECTION 94-409 TABLE XIII-1. SIGNAGE IS NOT BEING
 REVIEWED AT THIS TIME AND IS SUBJECT TO REVIEW AT THE
 TIME OF PERMITTING.
 18. CONSIDER RECONFIGURING THE DRIVE AISLES AND DRIVE
 THRU TO THE NORTH OF BUILDINGS A, B AND C. CURRENTLY,
 NO MORE THAN APPROXIMATELY 3-4 CARS COULD STACK WITHOUT
 BLOCKING THE DRIVE AISLE. THIS WOULD BLOCK ANY ACCESS
 FROM THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY ON THE 13TH STREET, THE
 EXISTING SHARED DRIVEWAY ON 13TH STREET AS WELL AS THE
 INTERIOR DRIVE AISLES. PROVIDE A STUDY/EVALUATION TO
 DETERMINE THAT SUFFICIENT STACKING IS BEING PROPOSED
 WITHOUT IT BACKING UP INTO THE STREET.

 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
