 1. SITE PLAN APPROVAL WILL BE SUBJECT TO A VARIANCE
 APPROVAL BY THE CITY OF WPB ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS.
 2. ALL PROJECTS TOTALING OVER $750,000 WILL BE SUBJECT
 TO THE CITY OF WPB ART IN PUBLIC PLACES ORDINANCE.

 5. PROVIDE PEDESTRIAN CONNECTIONS TO EACH OF THE THREE
 BUILDINGS FROM THE SIDEWALK ALONG PALM BEACH LAKES
 BLVD.
 6. SHOW ALL ADJACENT DRIVE AISLES AND STREETS FULLY
 (WITH DIMENSIONS) ON THE PLANS, INCLUDING THE DRIVE
 AISLE ON THE WEST AND CARVER AVE.
 7. PROVIDE DIMENSIONS FOR ALL DRIVE AISLES ON THE
 SUBJECT PROPERTY.
 8. WILL THE NORTHERN DRIVEWAY FROM 13TH STREET BE USED
 FOR SITE ACCESS?
 9. CONSIDER RECONFIGURING THE DRIVE AISLES AND
 DRIVE-THRU TO THE NORTH OF BUILDING B. CURRENTLY, NO
 MORE THAN APPROXIMATELY TWO CARS COULD STACK WITHOUT
 BLOCKING THE DRIVE AISLE. THIS WOULD BLOCK ANY ACCESS
 FROM 13TH STREET TO BOTH BUILDINGS B AND C.
 10. SPECIFICALLY, SHOW DIMENSIONS AND CIRCULATION FOR
 THE DRIVE AISLE WHICH WILL OVERLAP WITH THE EASTERN
 ADJACENT PARCEL.
 PARKING
 11. ON PERIMETER PARKING SPOTS, DECREASE THE PARKING
 STALLS TO BE 16 FEET IN LENGTH TO INCREASE PERVIOUS
 LANDSCAPED AREA BY TWO FEET.
 12. PROVIDE WHEEL STOPS AT THE 18 FOOT PARKING SPOTS
 ADJACENT TO SIDEWALKS.

 13. ALL LANDSCAPE TERMINAL ISLANDS SHOULD MEET MINIMUM
 REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH IN THE SEC. 94-443(3)(A)
 14. CORRECT THE TERMINAL ISLAND ON THE WESTERN SIDE OF
 PARCEL B TO MEET MINIMUM CODE REQUIREMENTS.

 20. THERE ARE MANY MISSING DIMENSIONS ACROSS THE SITE
 PLAN (INCLUDING DIMENSIONS FOR ALL STRUCTURES, PROPOSED
 MONUMENT SIGNS, EXISTING SIDEWALKS, ALL TERMINAL
 LANDSCAPE ISLANDS, DRIVEWAY APRON, LOADING ZONES,
 TURNAROUND SPACES)

 21. PLEASE ENCLOSE THE SITE DATA TABLE ELEMENTS WITHIN
 A TABLE.
 22. CORRECT MISSING ELEMENTS IN SITE DATA TABLE
 (INCLUDING TOTAL GROSS BUILDING SF, ACREAGE OF
 WATERBODIES, FAR, FUTURE LAND USE, ANY FLOOD ZONES ON
 SITE, PARENTHESIS AFTER NC, PERVIOUS AND IMPERVIOUS,
 ETC.)
 23. PLEASE MAKE THE PARKING DATA TABLE ELEMENTS MORE
 CLEAR. THEY ARE CURRENTLY IN A CONFUSING FORMAT.
 24. PROVIDE A LEGEND TO CLARIFY WHAT GROUND COVER
 MATERIALS ARE BEING USED ON THE SITE PLAN. PROVIDE A
 LEGEND ITEM FOR THE UNIDENTIFIED TRIANGLE HATCH
 PATTERN.
 25. CLARIFY WHAT THE DOTTED LINE IS SURROUNDING
 BUILDING A AND INCLUDE IN THE LEGEND.

 PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN
 FORMAT.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF EIGHT
 (8) PAPER COPIES, ONE (1) REDUCED COPY IN 8.5 INCHES X
 11 INCHES AND ONE (1) SET IN 11 INCHES X 17 INCHES, AND
 AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS. NOTE THAT CHANGES ON
 THE RESUBMITTED PLANS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
