 1. PROVIDE A TRAFFIC STUDY.
 2. PROVIDE COUNTY TPS LETTER.
 3. IT IS RECOMMENDED THE APPLICANT TO HAVE A MEETING
 WITH TRAFFIC TO DETERMINE THE SCOPE OF THE TRAFFIC
 STUDY.
  
  
 SITE PLAN COMMENTS:
 4. PROVIDE COUNTY DRIVEWAY LETTER.
 5. SHOW CURBS CUTS AND DRIVEWAYS ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE
 OF STREET ALONG PALM BEACH LAKES BOULEVARD.
 6. PLEASE PROVIDE A SURVEY.
 7. REPAVE WITHIN 50-FOOT ON EITHER SIDE OF PAVEMENT CUT
 ON BOTH SIDES OF THE STREET.
 8. DIMENSION THE PARKING AISLE WIDTH FOR THE EASTERN
 PARKING AISLE SHARED WITH ADVANCED AUTO PARTS.
 9. INCLUDE THE REQUIRED AND PROPOSED NUMBER OF LOADING
 AREA IN THE SITE DATA TABLE AND SITE PLAN.
 10. PROVIDE AUTOTURN PATHS FOR GARBAGE, DELIVERY AND
 SERVICE VEHICLES.
 11. VEHICLES AT THE ORDER WINDOW OF BOTH DRIVE-THROUGHS
 MAY SPILL BACK TO THE PARKING AISLES AND CAUSE ISSUES
 WITH VEHICLE CIRCULATION. PLEASE VERIFY THE POTENTIAL
 QUEUES AND REVISE AS NEEDED.
 12. INDICATE THE REQUIRED AND PROVIDED NUMBER OF
 BICYCLE PARKING SPACES IN THE SITE DATA TABLE. PROVIDE
 BICYCLE PARKING SPACES NEAR THE FRONT ENTRANCE.
 13. PROVIDE PEDESTRIAN PATHS TO AND FROM PALM BEACH
 LAKES BOULEVARD AND 13TH STREET AND BETWEEN EACH
 BUILDING WITHIN THE SITE.
  
  
 CONDITION:
 1. APPLICANT SHALL RECORD AT LEAST 30-FOOT OF
 CROSS-ACCESS EASEMENT FOR PEDESTRIANS AND VEHICLES
 ALONG THE WESTERN BOUNDARY OF THE PROPERTY. THE
 EASEMENT SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE WHEN THE WESTERN
 PROPERTY RE-DEVELOPS AND CAN ONLY BE TERMINATED OR
 AMENDED WITH CITY'S APPROVAL.
