 AND AT LEAST 2 SPECIES ON THE NORTH AND WEST BUFFERS,
 USING CATEGORY 1 SHADE TREES TO PROVIDE SHADE FOR THE
 PARKING AND PEDESTRIAN AREAS. GREEN BUTTONWOOD AND
 SEAGRAPE ARE POSSIBLE ADDITIONS.
