2021-04-14 13:51:40THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS ARE FROM THE REVIEW OF THE
 3/15/21 SUBMITTAL SET OF PLANS:
  
 1. [SATISFIED] INDICATE THE BACK OF SIDEWALK AT THE
 DRIVEWAY WILL BE THE HIGH POINT FOR DRAINAGE BY ADDING
 FLOW ARROWS FOR SURFACE DRAINAGE.
  
 2. [NOT SATISFIED] THE CONCEPTUAL ENGINEERING PLAN DOES
 NOT MATCH THE SITE PLAN. RESPONSE TO PREVIOUS COMMENT
 WAS TO INDICATE THE DRIVELANES ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE
 BUILDING (PARALLLEL TO AUSTRALIAN AVE) WOULD BE
 TWO-WAY. THIS IS SHOWN THIS WAY ON THE SITE PLAN. ON
 THE CONCEPTUAL ENGINEERING PLAN, THERE ARE TWO
 DIRECTIONAL ARROWS POINTING IN THE SAME DIRECTION
 (NORTH) AND STOP SIGNS AND DO NOT ENTER SIGNS SHOWN AT
 THE NORTH END OF THESE DRIVELANES. PREVIOUOS COMMENT:
 DRIVE LANE PARALLEL TO N. AUSTRALIAN AVE IS SHOWN AS
 TWO LANES IN THE SAME DIRECTION.
  
 3. [NOT SATISFIED] THE CONCEPTUAL ENGINEERING PLAN DOES
 NOT MATCH THE SITE PLAN (SEE #2 ABOVE). RESPONSE TO
 PREVIOUS COMMENT INDICATED ENTERING VEHICLES FROM
 AUSTRALIAN AVE WOULD BE ABLE TO TURN RIGHT ONTO THE
 DRIVELANES ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE BUILDING. THE
 CONCEPTUAL ENGINEERING PLAN SHOWS DO NOT ENTER SIGNS AT
 THE ENTRANCE OF THE WEST DRIVELANES, IF THE WEST
 DRIVELANES ARE KEPT AS ONE-WAY, WHAT SIGNAGE OR
 PAVEMENT MARKINGS WILL CONTROL EACH LANE OF TRAFFIC AT
 THE STOP SIGN. PREVIOUS COMMENT: WHAT TRAFFIC CONTROL
 WILL THERE BE FOR THE INTERSECTION OF THE WEST AND
 NORTH DRIVE LANES AT THE DRIVEWAY ENTRANCE? HOW WILL
 THE TWO NORTH BOUND LANES OPERATE?
  
 4. [SATISFIED] PERIMETER BERM AND/OR SWALE MAY BE
 REQUIRED ALONG THE EAST PROPERTY LINE.
  
 5. [SATISFIED] ENDWALL MAY BE REQIURED FOR PIPE IN
 CANAL R/W.
  
 6. [SATISFIED] TYPICAL SECTIONS BETWEEN PROPERTY LINE
 AND FACE OF BUILDING AT ALL PROPERTY LINES WILL BE
 REQUIRED FOR THE ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL.
  
 NEW COMMENT:
  
 7. PLEASE CLARIFY THE HATCHING SHONE ON THE CONCEPTUAL
 ENGINEERING PLAN. THE LEGEND INDICATES THE 24'
 DRIVELANE WILL BE 'PROPOSED ECO-FRIENDLY GRASS BLOCK".
 THE HATCHING FOR THE PARKING SPACES DOES NOT APPEAR IN
 THE LEGEND. THE SITE PLAN INDIACTES THE PARKING SPACES
 ADJACENT TO THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE AND ADJACENT TO THE
 EAST PROEPRTY LINE WILL BE PERMEABLE PAVERS. THE SITE
 PLAN INDICATES THE PARKING SPACES FACING THE BUILDING
 WILL BE THE SAME SURFACE AS THE DRIVE LANES. THE SITE
 PLAN ALSO SHOWS MORE PAVER AREA ACROSS THE NORTH END OF
 THE WEST TRAVEL LANES.
