 8/5/2020 SUBMITTAL PLANS.
  
 1. LOCATE THE TOP OF BANK, WATER'S EDGE AND TOE OF
 SLOPE OF THE CANAL WHERE THE STORMWATER OUTFALL PIPE
 WILL BE LOCATED. [SATISFIED]
  
 2. IDENTIFY THE VERTICAL DATUM ON THE ENGINEERING PLANS
 AND PROVIDE THE CONVERSION EQUATION TO NGVD 1929 IF
 NGVD 1929 IS NOT THE VERTICAL DATUM. LIST BOTH ON EVERY
 SHEET WITH ELEVATION INFORMATION. [PARTIALLY SATISFIED]
 CONFIRM THE CONVERSION FACTOR IS SUBTRACTED FROM THE
 NAVD88 ELEVATION TO OBTAIN THE NGVD29 ELEVATION.
  
 3. PROVIDE THE VERTICAL DATUM CONVERSION EQUATION TO
 NGVD 1929 ON THE SURVEY.[PARTIALLY SATISFIED] NGVD IS
 MISLABELED AS NGVD1988 INSTEAD OF NGVD1929 ON THE
 COMAPSS SURVEY.
  
 4. AUSTRALIAN AVE IS MAINTAINED BY PALM BEACH COUNTY.
 APPROVAL FROM THE COUNTY IS REQUIRED FOR ANY
 IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN AUSTRALIAN AVE RIGHT OF WAY.
 [PARTIALLY SATISFIED] THIS CAN BE A CONDITION OF SITE
 PLAN APPROVAL.
  
 5. CONSIDER REDUCING THE DEPTH OF PARKING SPACES AND
 PROVIDE 2 FEET OF LANDSCAPE AREA OVERHANG.[SATISFIED]
 IT APPEARS ALL OF THE PARKING SPACES FACING THE
 PROPERTY LINES HAVE TWO FEET OF OVERHANG IN THE
 LANSDCAPE AREA.
  
 6. SHOW UTILITIES ON THE LANDSCAPE PLANS.[SATISFIED]
 6.1 SUGGEST MOVING THE FIRE LINE ALONG THE NORTH
 PROPERTY LINE INTO THE PAVEMENT AREA AND/OR PROVIDE
 ROOT BARRIERS.

 7. WILL THERE BE A FENCE ALONG THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE?
  
 8. PROVIDE SWALES A FEW FEET FROM THE PROPERTY LINES TO
 AVOID DIRECT RUNOFF TO THE RIGHT OF WAY OR ADJACENT
