 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THESE COMMENTS (BY MAY 24, 2020), THE
 CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION
 SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($60).

 1) THE SITE PLAN SUBMITTED WITH THE BUILDING PERMIT
 (19021196) FOR THE ADOPTION CENTER SHOWS THE OLD,
 INCORRECT SETBACKS. YOU WILL NEED TO SUBMIT THE UPDATED
 SITE PLAN AS A REVISION TO THIS PERMIT (IT CAN OCCUR
 WITH A FUTURE REVISION IF NECESSARY). NOTE: THE
 HORIZONTAL CONTROL PLAN INCLUDED WITH THE PERMIT SHOWS
 THE UPDATED SETBACKS.

 3) PROVIDE THE TIKI HUT DIMENSIONS AND ITS SETBACK FROM
 THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE ON THE SITE PLAN.
  
 4) THE JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT PROVIDES THAT THE
 PROPOSED ARTIFICIAL TURF MEETS THE MATERIAL AND
 INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS OF SECTIONS 94-451(E) AND
 (F), RESPECTIVELY. THE APPLICATION DID NOT INCLUDE THE
 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION PAGES OR THE DETAILED
 INSTALLATION PLANS. THESE ITEMS WILL BE REQUIRED AS
 PART OF THE BUILDING PERMIT FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE
 ARTIFICIAL TURF AND REVIEWED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATION REQUIREMENTS.

 5) STAFF IS UNABLE TO DETERMINE WHAT EXACTLY THIS

 6) PROVIDE THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE SIGN FACE. PLEASE
 REMEMBER IT MAY BE NO LARGER THAN 55 SQUARE FEET.
  
 7) THE DECORATIVE BAND AT THE TOP OF THE SIGN BASE
 EXCEEDS THE CITY COMMISSION APPROVED SIGN WIDTH OF NINE
 (9) FEET.
