 -FIRE HYDRANT APPEARS TO HAVE PROPOSED RELOCATE INTO A
 SIDEWALK. FIRE HYDRANT SHOULD NOT BE LOCATED INTO
 PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC.
  
 -FIRE HYDRANT MAY REQUIRE REPLACEMENT INSTEAD OF
 RELOCATION. WILL VET FURTHER AT FORMAL ENGINEERING
 SUBMITTAL.
  
 -CANNOT FIND USC APPROVAL FOR PROPOSED BACKFLOW
 ASSEMBLY. SOME OF THE PROPOSED METER BOXES ARE NOT
 ACCEPTABLE EITHER. DURING FORMAL ENGINEERING PLAN
 SUBMITTAL AND APPROVED MATERIAL LIST SUBMISSION, PLAN
 DESIGNER CAN CORRECT.
  
 -ONLY SHOWING EXISTING ?? METER IN UTILITY BILLING
 DATABASE. FOR 1.5? METER, WOULD NEED NEW TAP AND
 SERVICE LINE WITH ADDITIONAL UTILITY FEES/CHARGES. IF
 UPGRADING TO 1.5? METER, THEN WOULD NEED LARGER BOX,
 AND BOX LOCATION WOULD NEED BE RELOCATED NORTH INTO A
 SMALL UTILITY EASEMENT AND OUT OF PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC.
  
 -PLEASE CONFIRM LOCATION OF SOUTHERN PROPERTY LINE AND
 R/W LINE ON UTILITY PLAN ARE CORRECT.
  
 -IT APPEARS CONSTRUCTION WILL TAKE PLACE ON TWO
 PROPERTIES. WILL THE TWO PROPERTIES BE JOINED INTO ONE
 PROPERTY?
  
 -UTILITY PLAN SAYS PALM BEACH COUNTY UTILITIES, BUT
 WEST PALM BEACH PUBLIC UTILITIES WOULD PROVIDE WATER.
 PLEASE UPDATE.
  
 -WILL PROPERTY USE CITY WATER METER FOR IRRIGATION
