 -CHECK WITH TRAFFIC ABOUT THE PLANS FOR 25TH STREET IN
 THIS AREA.
 -THERE IS NOT A PEDESTRIAN ACCESS ON AUSTRALIAN AVENUE.
 PLEASE CONSIDER.
 -LOOK AT THE WALGREENS ON SOUTHERN BOULEVARD AND S.
 DIXIE HIGHWAY (4001 S. DIXIE HIGHWAY) FOR DESIGN
 OPTIONS TO ACTIVATE THE EAST ELEVATION.
 -PROVIDE DETAIL ON ALL PARAPET, ROOF EQUIPMENT AND
 SCREENING.
 -SUBMIT A WATER AND SEWER PLAN.
 -UPDATE THE BICYCLE PARKING DETAIL TO REFLECT THE
 CITY'S STANDARDS.

 ADDITIONAL STANDARDS WAIVERS NEEDED FOR SPECIAL
 EXCEPTION APPLICATION:
  
 ACCESSORY MOTOR VEHICLE FUEL SALES. ACCESSORY MOTOR
 VEHICLE FUEL SALES SHALL BE LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM OF TWO
 PUMP ISLANDS WITH THREE PUMPS PER ISLAND.
  
 -A WAIVER WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE PROPOSED PUMP
 CONFIGURATION.
  
 ALL CONVENIENCE STORES SHALL BE LOCATED A MINIMUM OF
 1,000 FEET FROM ANY EXISTING CONVENIENCE STORE AND 100
 FEET FROM ANY PREEXISTING PLACE OF RELIGIOUS WORSHIP,
 PUBLIC OR PRIVATE SCHOOL, OR RESIDENTIAL ZONING
 DISTRICT. DISTANCE SHALL BE MEASURED FROM PROPERTY LINE
 TO PROPERTY, WITHOUT REGARD TO INTERVENING STRUCTURES
 OR OBJECTS.
  
 -A WAIVER WILL BE REQUIRED BECAUSE OF THE EXISTING
 CHURCH TO THE NORTH OF PROPERTY.
