 ON PARCEL B REQUIRES 130 PARKING SPACES, 5 OF THEM TO
 BE ADA. THIS NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED IN THE DECLARATION.
  
 PLEASE BE AWARE THE CITY DOES NOT ENFORCE USE
 RESTRICTIONS WITHIN PRIVATE AGREEMENTS. ADDITIONALLY,
 THE CITY WILL NOT ISSUE A CERTIFICATE OF USE FOR A USE
 IS LISTED AS "PERMITTED" IN THE DECLARATION, THAT IS
 NOT PERMITTED WITHIN THE JFK HOSPITAL NORTH CAMPUS
 COMMUNITY SERVICE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT.
