 4/21/2021 AND 4/26/2021 SUBMITTALS.
  
  
 1. [SATISFIED] LANDSCAPE PLANS WERE NOT PROVIDED
 PREVIOUS COMMENT:THE ENGINEERING AND LANDSCAPE PLANS DO
 NOT MATCH THE SITE PLAN.
  
 2. [SATISFIED] ADD FLOW ARROWS TO THE ENGINEERING PLAN
 TO SHOW SURFACE WATER RUNOFF DIRECTION.
  
 3. [SATISFIED] AVOID PUTTING UTILITIES UNDER LANDSCAPE
 ISLANDS.
  
 4. [SATISFIED] TWO FOOT OVERHANG WITH 16-FOOT DEEP

 CREATING 2 FOOT OVERHANGS INTO LANDSCAPE AREAS FOR
 PARKING SPACES. TWO-FOOT OVERHANG NO LONGER SHOWN ON
 SITE PLAN. PAVED AREA OF PARKING SPACES ARE DIMENSIONED
 AS 18' LONG.
  
 5. [SATISFIED] CATCH BASIN GRATE ELEVATIONS APPEAR TO
 BE HIGHER THAN SOME ADJACENT PARKING LOT GRADES.

 B. [SATISFIED] A STANDARD PARKING SPACE IS 8.5' X 18'.
 B.1. [NOT SATISFIED] THE STRIPING FOR PARKING SPACES
 APPEAR TO BE LONGER THAN THAN THE PARKING SPACE DEPTHS
 (16 FEET OR 18 FEET) .
 B.2. [SATISFIED] THERE IS THE OPPORTUNITY TO REDUCE THE
 AMOUNT OF ASPHALT AND PARKING LOT RECONSTRUCTION BY
 REDUCING THE LENGTH OF THE PARKING SPACES BY 2 FEET,
 INCREASING THE LANDSCAPING BY TWO FEET, REDUCE THE
 MOUNT OF STORMWATER RUNOFF AND PERHAPS REPLACING THE
 WHEEL STOPS FITH TYPE 'D' CURB. PREVIOUS COMMENT: THERE
 IS 2' PARKING OVERLAP WITH LANDSCAPING CALLED OUT FOR
 THE TEN PARKING SPACES ALONG THE BACK OF THE PARKING
 LOT. THESE PARKING SPACES ARE SHOWN TO BE 18 FEET LONG
 SO THE OVERLAP IS NOT REQUIRED.
 B.3. [NOT SATISFIED - OPTIONAL]THE DRIVE AISLE IS
 DIMENSIONED TO BE 26' 6.5" WIDE. IT CAN BE NARROWED TO
 24 FEET. CONSIDERING THIS NARROWING AND PROVIDING THE
 2' PARKING OVERLAP CAN MOVE THE EAST EDGE OF THE
 PARKING LOT TO THE WEST BY MORE THAN 4.5 FEET.
 C. [NOT SATISFIED] PROVIDE THE VERTICAL DATUM FOR THE
 FFE. IT SHOULD MATCH WHAT IS SHOWN ON THE ENGINEERING
 PLAN.

 19. NEW COMMENT] CIVIL PLANS SHOW A TYPE 'D' CURB ALONG
 THE BACK OF THE BUILDING. THE TOP OF CURB WILL BE
 ELEVATION 14.00 FEET NAVD, WHICH IS HIGHER THAN THE
 FINISHED FLOOR ELEVATION OF 13.85 FEET NAVD. SHEET A102
 SHOWS SEVERAL DOORS OPENING OUT, WHICH WILL CONFLICT
 WITH THE CURB. ONE DOOR IS SHOWN TO BE FLUSH WITH THE
 ADJACENT PAVEMENT.
