2021-01-11 14:47:35THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS ARE A CONTINUATION FROM THE
 INITIAL REVIEW AND AFTER THE REVIEW OF THE 12/30/2020
 SUBMITTAL PACKAGE. NO WRITTEN RESPONSES WERE PROVIDED
 FOR THE INITIAL STORMWATER REVIEW COMMENTS.
  
 THIS IS A CONCEPTUAL LEVEL REVIEW. CONSTRUCTION LEVEL
 DETAILS, DESIGN CALCULATIONS AND THE POLLUTION
 PREVENTION PLAN WILL BE REVIEWED AS PART OF THE
 ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL AND BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATION PROCESSES.
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO SITE
 PLAN APPROVAL:
  
 1. THE ENGINEERING AND LANDSCAPE PLANS DO NOT MATCH THE
 SITE PLAN. [NOT SATISFIED]
  
 2. ADD FLOW ARROWS TO THE ENGINEERING PLAN TO SHOW
 SURFACE WATER RUNOFF DIRECTION. [SATISFIED]
  
 3. AVOID PUTTING UTILITIES UNDER LANDSCAPE ISLANDS.
 [NOT SATISFIED]
  
 4. CONSIDER CREATING 2 FOOT OVERHANGS INTO LANDSCAPE
 AREAS FOR PARKING SPACES. [SATISFIED - TWO-FOOT
 OVERHANG SHOWN ON SITE PLAN BUT PAVED AREA OF PARKING
 SPACES ARE DIMENSIONED AS 18' LONG.
  
 5. CATCH BASIN GRATE ELEVATIONS APPEAR TO BE HIGHER
 THAN SOME ADJACENT PARKING LOT GRADES.[SATISFIED]
  
 6. THE TRAVEL LANE SPACE BETWEEN THE LANDSCAPE ISLANDS
 ON THE ENGINEERING PLAN APPEARS TOO NARROW FOR TWO WAY
 TRAFFIC.[SATISFIED]
  
 7. PROVIDE BOTTOM ELEVATION OF EXISTING ONSITE DRAINAGE
 STRUCTURES THAT ARE TO REMAIN.[SATISFIED - ALL EXISTING
 STRUCTURES ARE BEING REMOVED]
  
 8. CURBING NEEDED FOR NARROW PARKING AREAS NORTH OF THE
 LANDSCAPE ISLANDS.[SATISFIED - CURBING SHOWN ON THE
 ENGINEERING PLAN]
  
 9. SHOW UTILITIES ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.[NOT SATISFIED]
  
 10. SCALES SHOULD MATCH FOR SURVEY, ENGINEERING PLANS

 11. SHEET A001 PROPOSED SITE PLAN
 A. UPDATE THE FLOOD ZONE INFORMATION (SEE THE BOUNDARY
 SURVEY).
 B. A STANDARD PARKING SPACE IS 8.5' X 18'.
 B.1. THE STRIPING FOR PARKING SPACES FACING S. DIXIE
 HWY, THE TWO SPACES FACING VALENCIA ROAD AND THE FOUR
 PARKING SPACINGS BEHIND THE BUILDING APPEAR TO BE
 LONGER THAN 18 FEET.
 B.2. THERE IS 2' PARKING OVERLAP WITH LANDSCAPING
 CALLED OUT FOR THE TEN PARKING SPACES ALONG THE BACK OF
 THE PARKING LOT. THESE PARKING SPACES ARE SHOWN TO BE
 18 FEET LONG SO THE OVERLAP IS NOT REQUIRED.
 B.3. THE DRIVE AISLE IS DIMENSIONED TO BE 26' 6.5"
 WIDE. IT CAN BE NARROWED TO 24 FEET. CONSIDERING THIS
 NARROWING AND PROVIDING THE 2' PARKING OVERLAP CAN MOVE
 THE EAST EDGE OF THE PARKING LOT TO THE WEST BY MORE
 THAN 4.5 FEET.
 C. PROVIDE THE VERTICAL DATUM FOR THE FFE. IT SHOULD
 MATCH WHAT IS SHOWN ON THE ENGINEERING PLAN.
 D. SHOW STOP BARS AND STOP SIGNS.
 E. SHOW PARALLEL PARKING SPACES (STRIPING) ALONG S.
 DIXIE HWY.
  
 12. SHEET C-1 SITE PAVING & DRAINAGE PLAN
 A. REPLACE THE DROP CURB WITH TYPE 'F' CURB AND GUTTER
 IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING ALONG S. DIXIE HWY.
 B. REPLACE THE SIDEWALK WITH 6" THICK SIDEWALK WHERE
 THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY IS BEING WIDENED.
 C. LABEL THE SLAB FOR THE BICYCLE RACK.
 D. LABEL THE LEFT PROPOSED WALKWAY IN FRONT OF THE
 BUILDING.
 E. CONNECT THE ROOF DRAIN(S) FOR THE PROPOSED BUILDING
 ADDITION TO THE DRAINAGE SYSTEM. (CAN BE SHOWN AT TIME
 OF ENGINEERING PERMIT).
  
 13. SHEET C-3 PGD NOTES AND DETAILS - INVERT ELEVATION
 OF PIPE SHOWN IN THE EXFILTRATION TRENCH DETAIL DOES
 NOT MATCH THE INVERT ELEVATIONS SHOWN ON SHEET C-1.
  
 14. SHEET EC-1 SWPPP - SHOW BMPS FOR OFFSITE DRAINAGE
 SYSTEMS.
  
 15. SHEET A002 PARKING STALL STRIPING DETAIL:
 A. WHEEL STOPS ARE GENERALLY 2 FEET FROM THE END OF
 PARKING STALL.
 B. GRADES SHOWN FOIR HANDICAPP PARKING SPACE WOULD
 RESULT IN A FLAT (NO SLOPE) PARKING AREA AND STORMWATER
 RUNOFF WOULD NOT DRAIN OFF. GRADES ARE SHOWN ON THE
 ENGINEERING PLAN.
  
 16. S. DIXIE HWY IS MAINTAINED BY FDOT. FDOT'S APPROVAL
 FOR WORK WITHIN THE RIGHT OF WAY WILL BE NEEDED.
