 PLEASE CONFIRM PRIOR COMMENTS WERE ADDRESSED:
 PROPOSED TREE INSTALLATIONS SHOULD NOT BE WITHIN 5 FEET
 OF WATER UTILITIES.
 SHEET C-1:
 -CANNOT HAVE WATER METER BOX OR BACKFLOW ASSEMBLY IN
 DRIVEWAY. METER BOX, WATER SERVICE, AND BACKFLOW
 ASSEMBLIES WOULD NEED TO BE RELOCATED, OR PLAN DESIGN
 CHANGED TO RELOCATE DRIVEWAY , IN ORDER TO ELIMINATE
 THAT CONFLICT. IF RELOCATING WATER SERVICE, METER BOX
 SHOULD NOT BE IN A SIDEWALK.
 -NEED LABEL SIZE OF EXISTING METER, WATER SERVICE, &
 BACKFLOW ASSEMBLY.
 -EXISTING & PROPOSED WATER MAINS, METER BOXES, AND
 WATER SERVICE PIPE ON PROPERTY NEEDS TO BE IN UTILITY
 EASEMENTS. NOT SURE IF EXISTING WATER MAINS NEAR SOUTH
 SIDE AND EAST SIDE ARE ALREADY IN UTILITY EASEMENTS, OR
 IF THOSE NEED TO BE GRANTED WITH THE PROJECT. PROPERTY
 OWNER SHOULD NOT BUILD WITHIN UTILITY EASEMENT. ALONG
 EAST SIDE OF PROPERTY, THERE IS SOME PARKING LOT AND
 DUMPSTER AREA STRUCTURE THAT LOOKS LIKE IT WOULD
 INTRUDE INTO UTILITY EASEMENT ? IF THEY ARE PROPOSED
 AND NOT EXISTING THEY SHOULD BE RELOCATED.
 -NOT SURE IF THERE IS A STREET OR ANOTHER PROPERTY
 ALONG SOUTH PROPERTY LINE ? CAN THAT BE ADDED?
 -PLAN SAYS ASPHALT TO BE REMOVED AROUND AREA FROM
 PROPOSED 2? METER BOX, BUT IT DOES NOT SAY THE NEW
 SURFACE. REQUEST NOTATION SAYING NEW MATERIAL. PREFER
 GRASS AROUND METER BOXES.
 -HARD TO DETERMINE SURFACE OVER 2? TAP. REQUEST LABEL
 SHOWING IF THAT IS GRASS PARKWAY OR CONCRETE SIDEWALK.
 -DID NOT SEE A DEDICATED FIRELINE SERVICE. WILL THE
 BUILDING HAVE FIRE SPRINKLERS?
 -DID NOT SEE A FIRE HYDRANT ADJACENT PROPERTY. IS A
 FIRE HYDRANT REQUIRED TO BE ADJACENT PROPERTY?
 -DID NOT SEE WATER DEMAND CHART ? NEED ADD IT.
 -RECOMMEND DUAL/PARALLEL BACKFLOW ASSEMBLIES ON
 DOMESTIC WATER SERVICE SO RESTAURANT HAS WATER DURING
 BACKFLOW MAINTENANCE OR REPAIRS.
 -IF EXISTING BACKFLOW ASSEMBLIES ARE RELOCATED, THEY
 WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED WITH NEW LEAD-FREE COMPLIANT
 BACKFLOW ASSEMBLIES AND UNDERGO INSPECTION.
 SHEET C-4:
 -WATER SERVICE DETAILS ARE OLD ? SHOULD UPDATE TO
 NEWEST REVISION.
