 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. PROVIDE A COPY OF THE PROPERTY DEED.
 2. THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION ON THE SITE PLAN IS NOT
 CONSISTANT WITH THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION ON THE SURVEY.
 PLEASE REVISE.
 3. REVISE THE SIZE OF THE DUMPSTER TO COMPLY WITH
 PUBLIC WORKS REGULATIONS. INPUT THE GRAPHIC ON PLAN
 SET.
 4. REMOVE THE SOUTHERN CURB CUT AND SMALL PARKING LOT
 ALONG SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY. PURSUANT, ZLDR SEC.
 94-312(1)(1), ONLY ONE ACCESS DRIVE PER RIGHT OF WAY.
 5. RELOCATE THE HANDICAP PARKING STALL AT A DIFFERENT
 LOCATION ON THE SITE.
 6. CONTACT D.O.T. FOR PERMISSION TO CLOSE THE SOUTHERN
 CURB CUT ALONG S. DIXIE HIGHWAY.
 7. CONTACT D.O.T. FOR PERMISSION TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL
 ON STREET PARKING ALONG S. DIXIE TO BE COUNTED TOWARDS
 TOTAL PARKING CALCULATIONS FOR PROPERTY.
 8. REMOVE THE FOURTH PARKING STALL IN THE REAR OF THE
 PROPERTY NEAR THE LOADING ZONE. THERE IS NOT ENOUGH
 CLEARANCE FOR THE CAR TO EXIT PARKING STALL.
 9. PROVIDE BICYCLE PARKING ON SITE AND INCLUDE BICYCLE
 PARKING CALCULATION IN SITE CALCULATION TABLE. PURSUANT
 ZLDR SEC. 94-485(Q)(1), NUMBER OF SPACES REQUIRED. ONE
 BICYCLE PARKING SPACE SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR EVERY 20
 AUTOMOBILE PARKING SPACES.
 10. PROVIDE THE MASONRY WALL HEIGHT AROUND THE PROPOSED
 HICKORY SMOKER OUTDOOR AREA.
 11. PROVIDE THE DIMENSIONS AND SETBACKS OF THE CONCRETE
 SLAB ON THE SITE PLAN.
 12. CLARIFY IF THERE WILL BE A ROOF OVER THE HICKORY
 SMOKER AREA. BASED ON SHEET A200, IT APPEARS TO HAVE A
 ROOF LINE ABOVE THE SMOKER AREA.
 13. PROVIDE A PHOTOMETRIC PLAN TO SHOW SITE LIGHTING
 I.E. LOCATION, HEIGHT, AND INSENSITY OF OUTDOOR
 LIGHTING. PURSUANT ZLDR SEC. 94-309(A) EXTERIOR
 LIGHTING. ALL OUTDOOR LIGHTING SHALL BE SHIELDED TO
 REDUCE GLARE AND SHALL BE ARRANGED TO REFLECT LIGHT OR
 GLARE AWAY FROM ALL ADJACENT RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS,
 ADJACENT RESIDENCES, OR PUBLIC THOROUGHFARES.
 ILLUMINATION OF SIGNS SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
 PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE XIII OF THIS CHAPTER.
 14. INDICATE IF THERE WILL BE ROOFTOP
 MATERIAL/EQUIPMENT ON THE STRUCTURE. IF SO, PROVIDE AN
 ILLUSTRATION WITHIN PLAN SET.
 15. PROVIDE THE TYPE OF EXISITING FENCE ON SITE PLAN
 (CHAIN LINKED, WOOD, MASONRY, ETC).

 PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING WHEN RESUBMITTING:
  
 A) WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS MADE BY ALL
 DEPARTMENTS SHALL BE PROVIDED UPON RESUBMISSION.
  
 B) 15 SETS OF REVISED PLANS AND/OR DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED, ALONG WITH ONE (1) REDUCED COPY (11IN X
 17IN), AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS.
  
 C) PLEASE NOTE THAT RE-SUBMITTALS MAY BE SUBJECT TO
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 D) IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 E) PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE.
