 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED. PROVIDE A TREE SURVEY.
 2. SATISFIED. MAKE THE FOLLOWING CORRECTIONS TO THE
 TREE DISPOSITION PLAN:
 ? TREES AND PALMS CANOPY SQUARE FOOTAGE TO BE MITIGATED
 BASED ON CATEGORY. ANY TREES 20 FEET OR MORE CANOPY
 DIAMETER TO BE MITIGATED BY ACTUAL SQUARE FOOTAGE.
 ? PROVIDE THE TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE OF MITIGATION FOR
 ALL TREES AND PALMS PROPOSED TO BE REMOVED.
 ? PROVIDE THE REPLACEMENT MITIGATION VALUES BY CATEGORY
 FOR THE PROPOSED TREES AND PALMS FROM THE PLANT LIST.
 ? TREES ON THE ADJACENT PROPERTY TO THE NORTH CANNOT BE
 REMOVED WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM THE PROPERTY OWNER AND
 A PERMIT. TREES IN THE ACCESS EASEMENT MUST BE INCLUDED
 IN THE SEPARATE PERMIT.
 ? THE COMPLETE PROPERTY MUST BE SHOWN AND THE
 PROHIBITED INVASIVE EXOTIC SPECIES MUST BE SHOWN AS
 REMOVED.
  
 3. SATISFIED. SECTION 94-448 (D)(3) REQUIRES NATIVE
 TREES IN GOOD CONDITION TO BE PRESERVED ON SITE OR
 RELOCATED. ADD A COLUMN TO THE TREE DISPOSITION LIST
 FOR CONDITION. THERE ARE TREES PROPOSED TO REMAIN THAT
 ARE IN POOR CONDITION. THESE WOULD HAVE TO BE REPLACED
 AS PART OF LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE, SO SHOW REPLACEMENT
 SPECIES ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 4. SATISFIED. THE TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLAND AT THE
 NORTH END OF WESTERN THE ROW OF PARKING MUST BE
 PROVIDED PER SECTION 94-443 (C)(3)A., AND THE REQUIRED
 TREE MUST BE PROVIDED.
  
 5. SATISFIED. THE APPLICANT IS APPLYING THE OPTION OF
 ELIMINATING LANDSCAPE ISLANDS TO EXCEED 10 SPACES IN A
 ROW FOR PERIMETER PARKING ROWS PER SECTION
 94-443(C)(6). THE FOLLOWING ITEMS NEED TO BE ADDRESSED
 TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS:
 ? NUMBER OF CATEGORY 1 SHADE TREES PROVIDED IN EACH
 BUFFER SEGMENT.
 ? SHOW HOW THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ELIMINATED LANDSCAPE
 ISLANDS IS PROVIDE IN OTHER LANDSCAPE AREAS OF BUFFER.
 ? SHOW SOUTH BUFFER OF AT LEAST 8 FEET IN WIDTH IN THE
 SITE DATA ON SHEET C4.00.
  
 6. SATISFIED. PROVIDE THE REQUIRED LANDSCAPE ISLAND AND
 TREE FOR THE NEW ROW OF PARKING IN THE EAST PARKING
 AREA SO THERE ARE NOT MORE THAN 10 SPACES IN A ROW.
  
 7. SATISFIED. SECTION 94-443(C)(3) REQUIRES THAT A
 MINIMUM OF 75 PERCENT OF ALL TREES THAT ARE REQUIRED TO
 BE PLANTED WITHIN THE INTERIOR OF AN OFF STREET PARKING
 AREA SHALL BE CATEGORY 1 SHADE TREES.
 SHOW HOW THIS REQUIREMENT IS MET FOR THE ENTIRE PARKING
 AREA, SEE COMMENT 3 REGARDING REPLACEMENT
  
 8. SATISFIED. SHOW LANDSCAPE BUFFER TREE COUNT REQUIRED
 AND PROVIDED FOR EACH BUFFER LENGTH PER SECTION
 94-443(B)(4) AND (5). SHOW THE REQUIRED 5 FOOT
 LANDSCAPE BUFFER ALONG THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE WEST OF
 THE BUILDING.
  
 9. SATISFIED. SHOW LOCATIONS OF WATER, SEWER AND
 DRAINAGE LINES, AND ANY ROOT BARRIERS REQUIRED TO
 PROTECT UTILITY LINES.
  
 10. SATISFIED. PROVIDE AN EXHIBIT SHOWING THE PARKING
 AREA SURFACE CALCULATIONS, PARKING SPACE AREAS AND
 LANDSCAPE AREAS PROVIDED TO DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH
 SECTIONS 94-443 (C)(3) AND (4).
  
  
 11. SATISFIED. SHOW LOCATIONS OF LIGHTING IN THE
 PARKING AREA TO ASSURE THERE ARE NO CONFLICTS WITH
 PROPOSED TREES.
  
 12. CONDITIONALLY SATISFIED. PRIOR TO COMPLETION, ALL
 INVASIVE EXOTIC PROHIBITED PLANT SPECIES MUST BE
 REMOVED FROM THE ENTIRE PROPERTY PER SECTION 94-445
 (4)I.
  
 13. SATISFIED. PROVIDE COLUMNS IN THE PLANT LIST FOR
 NATIVE AND DROUGHT TOLERANCE FOR EACH SPECIES LISTED.
  
 14. SATISFIED. PROVIDE THE FLORIDA FRIENDLY LANDSCAPE
 REQUIREMENTS DESIGN OPTIONS WITH THE REQUIRED 50 POINTS
 PER SECTION 94-443(G).
  
 15. SATISFIED. SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-445 L.
 PLANT SPECIES. A MINIMUM OF 60 PERCENT OF PLANT
 MATERIAL ADDED SHALL BE FLORIDA NATIVE OR DROUGHT
 TOLERANT SPECIES SELECTED FROM THE CITY LIST OR THE
 LIST OF SPECIES IN THE MOST RECENT EDITION OF SOUTH
 FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT WATERWISE SOUTH
 FLORIDA LANDSCAPES.
 PROVIDE THE ACTUAL PERCENTAGE OF DROUGHT TOLERANT AND
 NATIVE SPECIES ADDED BASED ON THE PROPOSED PLANT LIST.
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
 2. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
 FOR THE PAVING PERMIT, ALL INVASIVE EXOTIC PROHIBITED
 PLANT SPECIES MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE ENTIRE PROPERTY
