 1. PROVIDE CLARITY ON PROPERTY LINES AND WHICH PROPERTY
 LINES ARE FOR THE SUBJECT PROPERTY.
 2. SHOW THE ENTIRE SITE ON THE PLANS. SOME PLANS HAVE
 PARTS OF THE PROPERTY LINES CUT OFF.
 3. CORRECT MISSING ITEMS ON SITE DATA TABLE (INCLUDING
 HEIGHT/NUMBER OF STORIES OF EXISTING BUILDING, # OF
 REQUIRED BICYCLE PARKING, ACRES AND % OF WATER BODIES,
 ETC.)
 4. FIX ?GENERAL MEDICAL? IN SITE DATA TABLE.
 5. REMOVE UNNEEDED CURB TYPES FROM CONSTRUCTION DETAILS
 ON SHEET C6.10.
  
 SITE PLAN DETAILS
 6. INCLUDE REQUIRED BICYCLE PARKING AND A DETAIL IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE CITY OF WPB BIKE RACK DESIGN
 STANDARDS. (SEC. 94-485(Q))
 7. IS THE HATCHED AREA AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE
 BUILDING THE REQUIRED LOADING ZONE? LABEL AND
 DIMENSION. (SEC. 94-485(P))
 8. DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE SHOULD BE ABLE TO FIT DUMPSTER
 AND HAVE DOORS CLOSED.
 9. IS SITE LIGHTING CHANGING? PLEASE PROVIDE A
 PHOTOMETRIC PLAN OF ANY PROPOSED SITE LIGHTING IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE STANDARDS SET FORTH IN SEC. 94-309
 OF THE ZLDR. SHOW ANY PROPOSED OUTDOOR ILLUMINATION ON
 THE SITE PLAN.
 10. LABEL DIMENSIONS ON ALL PARKING AREAS.
 11. PLEASE REVISE PLANS TO SHORTEN PARKING STALL LENGTH
 ON PERIMETER PARKING SPOTS. PARKING SPOTS MAY BE
 REDUCED TO 16 FEET WITH A CURB AND 2 FEET OVERHANG OVER
 THE CURB TO INCREASE PERVIOUS AREA.
 12. THE REQUIRED TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLAND SHOULD BE
 PROVIDED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE PROPERTY.
 13. A LANDSCAPE BUFFER IS REQUIRED AT THE NORTHERN PART
 OF THE PROPERTY. REVISE PLANS TO SHOW THE REQUIRED 5
