 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING CORRECTIONS TO THE TREE
 DISPOSITION PLAN SHEET PLP-3:
 ? SATISFIED. TREES #8 AND #9A ARE BLACK OLIVE TREES.
 ? SATISFIED. TREE #12 IS A GUMBO LIMBO.
 ? SATISFIED. #9B AND #11 ARE CATEGORY 3 AND SHOULD BE
 100 SQ FT CANOPY REPLACEMENT VALUE.
 ? SATISFIED. TOTAL MITIGATION DUE SHOULD BE 691 SQ FT
 ? THE CAD LAYER SHOWING THE TREE LOCATIONS WAS NOT
 PRINTED WITH THE SUBMITTED COPY OF SHEET PLP-3.
  
 2. SATISFIED. ADD A NOTE THAT ALL INVASIVE EXOTIC
 PROHIBITED PLANTS WILL BE REMOVED PRIOR TO A
 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY IS ISSUED.
  
 3. SATISFIED. CORRECT THE REQUIRED SHADE TREES TO 16.
 ONE PER 1500 SQ FT OR PORTION THEREOF.
  
 4. SATISFIED. IF BLACK OLIVES ARE TO STAY IS THE
 MAHOGANY THE BEST CHOICE FOR THE ADDITIONAL 2 TREES?
  
 5. SATISFIED. CLARIFY IF OVERHEAD ELECTRIC LINES WILL
 BE UNDERGROUNDED TO AVOID CONFLICTS WITH TREES.
  
 6. SATISFIED. INDICATE IF THE CONCRETE PLANTER
 STRUCTURE ALONG OLIVE AVE WILL BE PRESERVED.
  
 7. SATISFIED. INDICATE THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER LOCATIONS
 ON THE SITE PLAN AND LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR ALL SIDES OF
 THE PROJECT.
  
 8. PARTIALLY SATISFIED. SHOW ALL CALCULATIONS FOR THE
 REQUIRED TREES FOR BUFFER SEGMENTS ON THE LANDSCAPE
 DATA CHART INCLUDING LINEAR FOOTAGE OF ALL PROPERTY
 LINE SEGMENTS AND REMOVE NOTES FROM THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
 CORRECT THE REQUIRED TREES TO 9 FOR THE NORTH BUFFER D.
  
 9. SATISFIED. PROVIDE AN EXHIBIT SHOWING THE PARKING
 AREA SURFACE CALCULATIONS, PARKING SPACE AREAS AND
 LANDSCAPE AREAS PROVIDED TO DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH
 SECTIONS 94-443 (C)(3) AND (4).
  
 10. SATISFIED. PROVIDE LOCATIONS OF LIGHTING ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN TO AVOID CONFLICTS WITH LANDSCAPING.
  
 11. SATISFIED. THE PLAN SHOWS TWO WATER METERS AND
 LINES TO THE BUILDING. SHOW SEWER LINE ON THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN. ADJUST LOCATIONS OF TREES OR UTILITY LINES TO
 RESOLVE CONFLICTS WITH LANDSCAPING.
 12. SATISFIED. SHOW LOCATIONS OF ANY ROOT BARRIERS
 REQUIRED TO PROTECT UTILITY LINES.
 13. SATISFIED. PROVIDE LOCATIONS AND SCREENING FOR ALL
 ABOVE GROUND UTILITY VALVES, BACKFLOW PREVENTERS, A/C
 UNITS, AND FPL TRANSFORMERS.
  
 14. SATISFIED. SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-445 L.
 PLANT SPECIES. A MINIMUM OF 60 PERCENT OF PLANT
 MATERIAL ADDED SHALL BE FLORIDA NATIVE OR DROUGHT
 TOLERANT SPECIES SELECTED FROM THE CITY LIST OR THE
 LIST OF SPECIES IN THE MOST RECENT EDITION OF SOUTH
 FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT WATERWISE SOUTH
 FLORIDA LANDSCAPES.
  
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
