 ADD NOTE: EXISTING SERVICES NOT PROPOSED FOR USE TO BE
 CUT AND CAPPED AT MAIN.
 SHOW ALL DRY UTILITIES IN ROW.
 REMOVE OR RELOCATE ONSITE DRAINAGE FROM EASEMENT.
 PROVIDE CCTV FOR SANITARY ALONG PROJECT FRONTAGES.
 FRANCHISE UTILITY IN CONFLICT WITH PROPOSED DRAINAGE.
 PROVIDE PROFILES OF ANY PROPOSED CROSSINGS/CONFLICTS.

 WATER JUST GOING TO THE EXISTING HOSE BIBS OR DOES THE
 CLOCK MONUMENT USE WATER?
  
 -THE NE EXISTING WATER SERVICE IS CURRENTLY AN
 IRRIGATION METER. WILL IT CONTINUE TO BE IRRIGATION?
 PLAN SHOWS WATER LINE GOING TO BUILDING ? IS IT ALSO
 FEEDING SOMETHING IN THE BUILDING?
  
 -DOMESTIC/GENERAL/IRRIGATION WATER SERVICES MAY NOT
 FEED FIRE SPRINKLER SERVICES ? WOULD NEED DEDICATED
 DETECTOR FIRELINE.
  
 -THERE IS A LIGHT POLE IN SIDEWALK ADJACENT NE METER.
 IF LIGHT POLE IS TO REMAIN IN SIDEWALK, THEN SIDEWALK
 SHOULD BE SIZE TO ALLOW FOR PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC. IF
 LIGHTPOLE IS RELOCATED OR ELIMINATED OUT OF SIDEWALK,
 THEN WOULD WANT METER BOX RELOCATED OUT OF SIDEWALK AND
 INTO GRASS U.E.
  
 -NEED LABELS SHOWING METER SIZE. BACKFLOW ASSEMBLIES
 NEED TO BE DRAWN AND LABELED (THERE ARE AT LEAST 3
 THERE CURRENTLY). NORTHERN WATER SERVICES ARE ALSO NOT
 DRAWN AND LABELED.
  
 -SOUTHERN WATER LINE SIZE AND MATERIAL IS NOT SHOWN ON
 LABEL.
  
 -6 FT. CONCRETE SIDEWALK LABEL LOOKS POINTED
 INCORRECTLY TO CURB.
  
 -RECOMMEND PARALLEL BACKFLOW ASSEMBLIES ON DOMESTIC
 WATER SERVICE TO MINIMIZE OUTAGES DUE TO MAINTENANCE.
  
 -METER BOX ON SOUTHERN SHOULD BE RELOCATED NORTH OUT OF
 SIDEWALK TRAFFIC INTO SMALL GRASS U.E.
  
 -FLOW TABLE ONLY LISTS WATER CLOSETS. DOES THAT TAKE
 INTO ACCOUNT THINGS LIKE HOSE BIBS, SINKS, AND SODA
 MACHINES?
  
 -IS THE EAST-WEST UTILITY EASEMENT RUNNING THROUGH
 PROPERTY GOING TO REMAIN? PLAN SHOWS THAT A SIDEWALK IS
 GOING TO BE BUILT OVER IT, BUT THAT WOULD CONFLICT WITH
 THE USE OF THE UTILITY EASEMENT.
  
 -PLAN SHOWS THAT THE NW METER BOX/SERVICE TO BE
 RELOCATED. PLAN SHOULD SHOW WHERE IT IS GOING OR
 INSTEAD SAY IT IS BEING CUT BACK TO THE WATER MAIN.
  
 -SOUTHERN AND NE BACKFLOW ASSEMBLIES ARE NOT LEAD-FREE
 COMPLIANT ? RECOMMEND REPLACEMENT OF BOTH.
