 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - THE PPRC COMMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED AND
 SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING DIVISION BY 5 PM ON FRIDAY,
 JANUARY 24, 2020, TO BE ELIGIBLE TO BE SCHEDULED FOR
 THE MARCH 17, 2020 PLANNING BOARD MEETING.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THE PPRC MEETING (BY MARCH 8, 2020),
 THE CASE SHALL BE CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER
 ACTION SHALL REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($600).
  
 - PUBLIC HEARING NOTIFICATION SIGNAGE SHALL BE POSTED
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION
 94-39(I)(5) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS.
  
 1) THE MASTER SITE DATA TABLE STILL LISTS THE 6,111 SF
 HOMESAFE OFFICE WHICH DOES NOT EXIST.
  
 2) THE MASTER SITE DATA TABLE FAILS TO INCLUDE THE
 EXISTING 4,400 SF BUILDING THAT WILL REMAIN ON THE OLD
 HOMESAFE PORTION OF THE CSPD.
  
 3) THE MASTER SITE DATA TABLE NEEDS TO HAVE THE 10 NEW
 HOSPICE UNITS ON ITS OWN LINE (NOT COMBINED WITH THE
 TRADITION PHASE II UNITS).
  
 4) THE 10 HOSPICE UNITS CANNOT BE INCLUDED IN THE
 "TOTAL AVAILABLE BEDS OR DWELLING UNITS LINE" AS THEY
 ARE NOT PART OF THE ORIGINAL MORSELIFE TOTALS. THIS
 WHOLE SECTION OF THE TABLE NEEDS TO BE REEXAMINED BASED
 ON THE LATEST TPS APPROVAL AND TRAFFIC STATEMENT.
  
 5) STAFF NEEDS CLARIFICATION ON HOW THE PARKING FOR THE
 HOSPICE OFFICE LINE ITEM WAS DETERMINED. IT DOES NOT
 ALIGN WITH STAFF'S CALCULATIONS. THIS MERITS A SEPARATE
 DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLY BREAKDOWN TABLE BASED ON HOW
 THE USES WORK. ONCE THE CORRECT PARKING NUMBERS HAVE
 BEEN DETERMINED, STAFF WILL VERIFY THAT THE CORRECT
 NUMBER OF ADA AND BICYCLE SPACES HAVE BEEN PROVIDED
 (NOTE: BASED ON THE NUMBERS PROVIDED ON THE PARKING
 TABLE, THERE ARE SUFFICIENT ADA SPACES, BUT THERE ARE
 NOT ENOUGH BICYCLE PARKING SPACES).
  
 6) WHAT ARE THE CLINICAL BEDS IN THE ADMIN BUILDING?
  
 7) BOTH THE HOMESAFE PARCEL AND THE NORTHERN BOUNDARY
 OF THE MORSELIFE SITE HAVE APPROVED LANDSCAPE PLANS
 (WITH SLIGHT MODIFICATIONS FOR THE GENERATOR AND CUT
 THROUGH AMENDMENT) WHICH NEED TO BE USED AS THE BASE
 FOR THIS AMENDMENT. ANY CHANGES NEED TO BE ANNOTATED ON
 A TREE MITIGATION PLAN. THE REMOVAL OF THE LANDSCAPE
 BUFFER FOR THE PORTION OF THE PARKING LOT STRADDLING
 THE PROPERTY LINE AND THE NEW DRIVE CONNECTION SEEM TO
 RESULT IN A NUMBER OF CURRENT BUFFER TREES AND SHRUBS
 BEING REMOVED. THE ONLY WAY THIS CAN OCCUR IS TO FOR A
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATION AS PART OF THE CSPD WHICH WAIVES
 THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER REQUIREMENT BETWEEN INTERNAL
 PARCEL LINES.
  
 8) THE PARKING SPACES AND GENERATOR STRADDLING THE
 PARCEL LINE DO NOT MEET SETBACK REQUIREMENTS. THIS CAN
 BE INCLUDED AS A DEVELOPMENT REGULATION WAIVER
 (COVERING ANY IMPROVEMENTS); HOWEVER, ALL IMPROVEMENTS
 MUST COMPLY WITH BUILDING AND FIRE CODE REQUIREMENTS
 FOR OPENINGS AND SEPARATION FROM PROPERTY LINES. ANY
 IMPROVEMENTS STRADDLING A PARCEL LINE WILL NEED TO BE
 PERMITTED ON EACH PARCEL ON WHICH IT IS LOCATED.
  
 9) WAIVER REQUIRED FOR NEW SIX FOOT TALL WALL WITHIN 25
 FEET OF HAVERHILL ROAD. THIS WILL BE EXPANDED FOR THE
 ENTIRE CAMPUS TO RECOGNIZE THE EXISTING CONDITION.
 PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE NEW WALL.
  
 10) THERE ARE TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLANDS WHICH DO NOT
 INCLUDE TREES AS REQUIRED BY THE ZLDR.
  
 11) THERE IS AN FPL EASEMENT SHOWN ALONG THE NORTH AND
 SOUTH PROPERTY LINES AND THEN CONNECTING IN THE MIDDLE
 OF THE SITE. DOES THIS CONTAIN FPL UTILITIES? IF SO,
 THEN YOU MUST GET APPROVAL FROM FPL FOR THE NEW TREES
 PROPOSED TO BE INSTALLED WITHIN THE EASEMENT. IF FPL
 DOES NOT GIVE APPROVAL, THEN YOU MUST MOVE THE REQUIRED
 LANDSCAPE BUFFER OUT OF AND ADJACENT TO THE EASEMENT.
 THE FPL LETTER WAS SILENT ON TREES WITHIN THE EASEMENT.
  
 12) TREES THAT ARE MISSING FROM THE APPROVED LANDSCAPE
 PLAN MUST BE REPLACED. NOTE: THE NEW FIRE LINE LOOP
 APPEARS TO REQUIRE THE REMOVAL OF TREES THAT ARE
 REQUIRED BY THE APPROVED LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 13) THE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT NEEDS TO BE SCREENED.
  
 14) BICYCLE PARKING SPACES ARE REQUIRED FOR THE NEW
 BUILDINGS AND THE EXISTING HOMESAFE BUILDING.
  
 15) BASED ON THE SURVEY, THE WESTERN PROPERTY LINE OF
 THE HOMESAFE PARCEL IS INCORRECTLY SHOWN ON THE SITE
 AND LANDSCAPE PLANS. THESE PLANS INCLUDE A PORTION OF
 THE ROW ON THEM. ONCE THE PLANS ARE CORRECTED, THEN ALL
 DATA TABLES NEED TO BE UPDATED.
  
 16) IN ORDER TO OFFSET THE WAIVER REQUESTS, YOU MUST
 PROVIDE A BUS SHELTER, AT MORSELIFE'S EXPENSE, AT THE
 BUS STOP AT HAVERHILL AND LORING DRIVE, ADJACENT TO THE
 MORSELIFE CSPD. THE BUS SHELTER DESIGN SHALL BE
 COORDINATED WITH PALM TRAN.
