 -CITY WATER MAIN RUNNING ALONG THE WHOLE LENGTH OF
 SOUTH SIDE OF PROPERTY LINE IS NOT CORRECTLY LABELED
 WITH SIZE AND MATERIAL TYPE. IF IT IS NOT ALREADY IN
 UTILITY EASEMENT AND ON PRIVATE PROPERTY, THEN UTILITY
 EASEMENT NEED BE SETUP. SAME WITH EXISTING 3? INCH
 METER AT SW CORNER OF PROPERTY ? (THAT ONE HAS 4 IN.
 PARALLEL BACKFLOW PREVENTERS AND THOSE NEED BE LABELED
 AS WELL)
 -PLAN IS HARD TO UNDERSTAND ? IS THE INTENTION TO HAVE
 FIRE LOOPED SYSTEM WITH NEW 8 IN. DCDA BACKFLOW
 ASSEMBLY AND TAP ON SE AREA OF PROPERTY NEAR DUMPSTERS?
 -PLAN IS HARD TO UNDERSTAND ? IS THE INTENTION TO HAVE
 DOMESTIC LOOPED SYSTEM WITH NEW 4 IN. RP BACKFLOW
 ASSEMBLY AND TAP ON SE AREA OF PROPERTY NEAR DUMPSTERS?
 IF YES, IT WOULD NEED A METER AS WELL. IF IT IS GOING
 TO BE 3 IN. TO MATCH SW CORNER, THEN THIS WOULD NEED TO
 BE AN ABOVE GROUND INSTALL. PROPERTY WOULD HAVE TO
 PROVIDE CLEAR ACCESS FOR METER READING AND MAINTENANCE.
 THERE ARE ALSO MANY EXISTING LARGE TREES IN THAT AREA
 WITH ROOTS THAT MAY BE PROBLEMATIC AND NEED RELOCATION
 AND ROOT BARRIERS.
 -RECOMMEND ADDING SEVERAL EXTRA GATE VALVES ON THE RUNS
 OF PRIVATE FIRE MAINS AND WATER MAINS IN THE PROPERTY.
 OTHER COMMUNITIES HAVE RECENTLY BEEN HAVING TROUBLE
 LOCATING LEAKS AND THAT COULD HELP.
 -IS THE LIFT STATION AT SE CORNER OF PROPERTY OWNED BY
 THE PROPERTY AND BEING FED BY ITS WATER LINES?
 -IF REFERENCING ANY CITY WATER SERVICE STANDARD
 DETAILS, THEN THOSE SHOULD BE ADDED TO PLAN AND
 REFERENCED.
