 SITE PLAN COMMENTS:
 2. PROVIDE AUTOTURN PATH FOR SERVICE AND DELIVERY
 VEHICLES. THE CITY CODE PROHIBITS VEHICLES FROM BACKING
 INTO AND OUT OF PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY. SHEET EX-1 WAS NOT
 IN THE SUBMITTED MATERIAL. PLEASE CLARIFY.
 3. PROVIDE TURNAROUND SPACE AT THE DEAD-END ON THE 5TH
 FLOOR OR TOP FLOOR OF THE PARKING GARAGE PER CITY CODE
 REQUIREMENT. AUTOTURN ANALYSIS NEEDED TO VERIFY AND
