 NEEDING ATTENTION AGAIN:
 -CIVIL PLAN WATER SERVICE STANDARD DETAILS ARE OLD
 REVISION. PLEASE REPLACE WITH MOST UPDATED REVISION.
 -4 IN. DOMESTIC METER NEEDS TO BE ABOVE-GROUND
 INSTALLATION AND NOT UNDERGROUND VAULT INSTALLATION.
 PLEASE ADD ABOVE-GROUND WORDING TO LABEL ON C1.2 AND
 REPLACE THE VAULT STANDARD DETAIL ON C2.3 WITH THE
 ABOVE-GROUND INSTALLATION.
 -4 IN. DIP WATER SERVICE IS BRANCHED INTO 1.5 IN. AND 4
 IN. METERS. PLAN DESIGNER NEED VERIFY CUSTOMER WITH NOT
 HAVE PROBLEMS USING WATER WITH THAT SETUP.
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
 -NO WATER MAIN VALVES IN THE STREETS ARE SHOWN. PLEASE
 ADD ALL EXISTING AND PROPOSED GATE VALVES TO WATER
 PLAN.
 -ON WATER PLAN, REMOVE WORDING RPZ IN PUMP ROOM SINCE
 CONTAINMENT DOMESTIC BACKFLOW ASSEMBLY WILL BE OUTSIDE
 ADJACENT THE METER.
 -WATER MAIN ON SAPODILLA IS NOT LABELED WITH PIPE
 SIZING OR MATERIAL TYPE. PLEASE ADD SO CAN VERIFY WILL
 ACCOMMODATE NEW 8IN. DIP. SIMILARLY ADD PIPE MATERIAL
 TYPE TO WATER MAIN LABELING ON ROSEMARY.
 -FIRE HYDRANT AT ROSEMARY AND 2ND IS PROPOSED TO BE IN
 THE MIDDLE OF PEDESTRIAN SIDEWALK TRAFFIC. PLEASE
 RELOCATE FIRE HYDRANT TO NEARBY AREA OUT OF PEDESTRIAN
 TRAFFIC SINCE WATER MAIN IS BEING REPLACED.
 -FDC IS PRIVATELY OWNED AND SHOULD NOT BE IN ROW.
 PLEASE RELOCATE AND MAKE SURE NEW LOCATION IS NOT IN
 PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC.
 -THERE IS A CIRCULAR OBJECT IN SIDEWALK SLIGHTLY NE OF
 FDC. PLEASE DESCRIBE WHAT IT IS AND LABEL ON PLAN.
 -NEAR THE ENTRANCE ON 2ND ST, THERE APPEARS TO BE SOME
 FIND OF GATES ENCROACHING INTO SIDEWALK. VERIFY IF THAT
 IS ALLOWED BY CITY WPB.
 -DCDA MAY NOT BE IN UNDERGROUND VAULT. NEED UPDATE
 WATER PLAN.
 -PAVEMENT RESTORATION LIMITS NEED TO BE UPDATED TO
 REFLECT THE ENTIRE WATER MAIN THAT IS BEING REPLACED ON
 2ND ST. ALSO INCLUDE THE INTERSECTIONS.
 -EXISTING FIRE HYDRANT AT SAPODILLA AND 2ND STILL
 APPEARS TO BE MISSING FROM WATER PLAN. PLEASE ADD AND
 LABEL.
 -CANNOT LOCATE A DEMO PLAN. PLEASE SUBMIT DEMO PLAN IF
 THERE WILL BE DEMOLITION.
 -STILL CANNOT LOCATE ON WATER PLAN EXISTING SMALL WATER
 SERVICES ON 2ND AND 3RD ST. PLEASE ADD TO PLAN
 -THERE ARE SEVERAL WATER METER BOXES IN THE SIDEWALK ON
 SOUTH SIDE OF 3RD ST. PLEASE SHOW THEM ON THE PLANS AND
 LABEL WHAT IS HAPPENING TO THEM.
 -WILL ALL OF THE PROPOSED BUILDINGS FOR THE PROJECT BE
 FED BY THE WATER SERVICES ON 2ND ST?
 -LANDSCAPE TREES ON 2ND ST ARE CONFLICTING WITH THE
 PROPOSED WATER MAIN. THE WORST ONE IS NEAR THE EAST
 INTERSECTION ISLAND WHERE TREE AND WATER MAIN ARE AT
 SAME LOCATION. THE OTHER TREES ARE CLOSE TO THE WATER
 MAIN IN THE ISLANDS. PLEASE RESOLVE THOSE CONFLICTS.
