 1. PROVIDE COUNTY TPS LETTER.
 2. PROVIDE INTERSECTION ANALYSIS FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 A. BANYAN AND SAPODILLA
 B. BANYAN AND ROSEMARY
 C. 3RD AND QUADRILLE
 D. 3RD AND ROSEMARY
  
 SITE PLAN COMMENTS:
 1. PROVIDE BICYCLE RACKS NEARBY MAIN ENTRANCES AND/OR
 COMMERCIAL SITE(S). RECORD THE PROVIDED NUMBER OF
 SPACES/RACKS IN THE DATA TABLE.
 2. PROVIDE AUTOTURN PATH FOR SERVICE AND DELIVERY
 VEHICLES. THE CITY CODE PROHIBITS VEHICLES FROM BACKING
 INTO AND OUT OF PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.
 3. PROVIDE TURNAROUND SPACE AT THE DEAD-END ON THE 5TH
 FLOOR OR TOP FLOOR OF THE PARKING GARAGE PER CITY CODE
 REQUIREMENT. LATEST SUBMISSION DOES NOT CLEARLY SHOW
 THE BACK OUT SPACE. AUTOTURN ANALYSIS NEEDED TO VERIFY
 AND VALIDATE.
 4. REDUCE WIDTH OF THE ONE-WAY DRIVEWAY TO 12 FEET.
 PROVIDE DIMENSIONS FOR DRIVING ISLES, DRIVEWAYS AND
 PARKING STALLS. IF ALREADY PRESENTED, PLEASE PROVIDE
 REFERENCE SHEET NUMBER.
 5. PROVIDE PARKING DATA TABLE ON SITE PLAN
 6. EASEMENT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE PORTION OF
 SIDEWALK OUTSIDE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.
 7. PROVIDE DETAILS ON THE ALLEY ABANDONMENT. ALLEY
 ABANDONMENT SHOULD COMPLY WITH CITY CODE SEC. 94-112,
 INCLUDE THE APPLICABLE ADDITIONAL OPEN SPACE
 REQUIREMENT. DEAD-END ALLEY IS PROHIBITED.
 8. CONSIDER RELOCATING THE MIDBLOCK CROSSWALK ON 3RD
 STREET TO ALIGN WITH PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT WALKWAY.
 9. IMPLEMENT THE FOLLOWING TRANSPORTATION DEMAND
 MANAGEMENT (TDM) MEASURES TO BE CONSISTENT WITH THE
 CITY?S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN:
 A. UNBUNDLE PARKING FROM RESIDENTS? LEASES.
 B. PROVIDE SUBSIDIZED TRI-RAIL PASS, PALM TRAN BUS PASS
