 1. SHOW THE PROPERTY LINES/RIGHT OF WAY LINES.
  
 2. SHOW THE EXISTING IMPROVEMENTS TO THE OPPOSITE RIGHT
 OF WAY LINES.
  
 3. PROVIDE CROSS SECTIONS FROM ROAD CENTERLINE TO FACE
 OF BUILDING. LABEL STREET RIGHT OF WAY LINE, AND
 HORIZONTAL DIMENSIONS FOR TRAVEL LANE, EDGE OF
 PAVEMENT, RIGHT OF WAY, SIDEWALK WIDTH, LANDSCAPE WIDTH
 AND BUILDING SETBACK FROM PROPERTY LINE.
  
 4. PROVIDE CROSS SECTIONS FOR WEST PROPERTY LINE (NORTH
 AND SOUTH OF ALLEY) SHOWING PERIMETER BERM (IF
 REQUIRED) OR SWALE TO PREVENT DIRECT RUNOFF TO ADJACENT
 PROPERTY, AND BUILDING OFFSET DIMENSION.
  
 5. BULBOUTS ALONG 2ND STREET APPEAR TO TRAP WATER ALONG
 THE CURB AND GUTTER.
  
 6. CONSIDER CONNECTING S-203 TO EXISTING CURB INLET TO
 THE NORTHWEST OF STRUCTURE INSTEAD OF S-204.
  
 7. ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL TO INCLUDE CHANGE IN
 HGL FOR 3RD STREET AND ROSEMARY AVE. DRAINAGE SYSTEMS.
  
 8. PROVIDE CONVERSION EQUATION BETWEEN NAVD1988 AND
 NGVD1929 ON ALL SHEETS WITH ELEVATION INFORMATION.
  
 9. PROVIDE CONVERSION EQUATION BETWEEN NAVD1988 AND
 CITY DATUM OF NGVD1929 ON THE SURVEY.
  
 10. SABAL PALMS PROPOSED OVER PROPOSED STORM PIPE ALONG
