 1. PROVIDE COUNTY TPS LETTER.
 2. PROVIDE TRAFFIC CIRCULATION STUDY.
 3. COORDINATE WITH ENGINEERING ON THE STUDY
 INTERSECTION REQUIREMENT.
  
  
 SITE PLAN COMMENTS:
 1. INCLUDE THE REQUIRED AND PROVIDED BICYCLE PARKING IN
 THE SITE DATA TABLE.
 2. PROVIDE BICYCLE PARKING SPACES FOR PUBLIC USE. THESE
 BICYCLE PARKING SPACES SHOULD BE DISTRIBUTED ALONG SITE
 FRONTAGE.
 3. INCLUDE THE REQUIRED AND PROPOSED LOADING SPACE IN
 THE SITE DATA TABLE.
 4. PROVIDE AUTOTURN PATH FOR SERVICE AND DELIVERY
 VEHICLES. THE CITY CODE PROHIBITS VEHICLES FROM BACKING
 INTO AND OUT OF PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.
 5. PROVIDE TURNAROUND SPACE AT THE DEAD-END ON THE 5TH
 FLOOR OF THE PARKING GARAGE PER CITY CODE REQUIREMENT.
 6. REDUCE WIDTH OF ONE-WAY DRIVEWAY TO 12 FEET.
 7. DRIVEWAYS SHOULD MAINTAIN THE SIDEWALK ELEVATION.
 8. EASEMENT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE PORTION OF
 SIDEWALK OUTSIDE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.
 9. THE INTERNAL DROP-OFF AREA IS NOT WIDE ENOUGH TO
 ALLOW CARS TO BYPASS. PLEASE VERIFY AND REVISE.
 10. PROVIDE DETAILS ON THE ALLEY ABANDONMENT. ALLEY
 ABANDONMENT SHOULD COMPLY WITH CITY CODE SEC. 94-112,
 INCLUDE THE APPLICABLE ADDITIONAL OPEN SPACE
 REQUIREMENT. DEAD-END ALLEY IS PROHIBITED.
 11. CONVERT 2ND STREET BETWEEN SAPODILLA AVENUE AND
 ROSEMARY AVENUE TO TWO-WAY STREET.
 12. RELOCATE THE MIDBLOCK CROSSWALK ON 3RD STREET TO
 THE LOCATION OF THE PUBLIC PLAZA, AND PROVIDE RAISED
 CROSSWALK WITH CURB EXTENSION ON BOTH SIDES OF THE
 CROSSWALK.
 13. IMPLEMENT THE FOLLOWING TRANSPORTATION DEMAND
 MANAGEMENT (TDM) MEASURES TO BE CONSISTENT WITH THE
 CITY?S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN:
 A. UNBUNDLE PARKING FROM RESIDENTS? LEASES.
 B. PROVIDE SUBSIDIZED TRI-RAIL PASS, PALM TRAN BUS PASS
 OR SUBSIDIZED MICRO-MOBILITY SERVICE TO RESIDENTS.
