 PROJECT WILL NEED COMP PLAN AND ZONING CHANGES TO
 COMPLY, ONCE THAT IS AFFECTUATED, THE FOLLOWING SHALL
 BE MODIFIED TO BE CONSISTENT WITH THE HISTORIC DISTRICT
 LDR'S, DESIGN GUIDELINES AND SOIS:
  
 1. DOG PARK PARCEL - IDENTIFY FENCING MATERIAL AND
 HEIGHT. ALUMINUM PREFERRED, IF USING CHAIN LINK SHALL
 BE FULLY SCREENED FROM VIEW WITH LANDSCAPING.
 2. 3-STORY BUILDING, WESTERN 2 PARCELS. REMOVE THIRD
 FLOOR UNIT B-1 TO BRING WESTERN PORTION INTO HEIGHT
 COMPATIBILITY WITH TWO STORY MULTI-FAMILY AT CORNER.
 MODIFY PARAPET AT THAT CORNER TO BE FLUSH WITH ROOFLINE
 NOT PROJECTING UP AT CORNER AS IS CURRENTLY INDICATED.
 B-1 UNITS ON LEVEL 1 AND 2 SHALL FEATURE CORNER WINDOWS
 IN ALUMINUM MILL FINISH FRAMES TO BE COMPATIBLE WITH
 EXISTING STRUCTURE ON CORNER. B-1 UNITS ON LEVEL 1 AND
 2 SHALL FEATURE PAINTED STAGGERED BRICK OR BREEZEBLOCKS
 FOR BALCONY RAILINGS/ENCLOSURES TO RELATE WITH
 ARCHITECTURAL FEATURES OF HISTORIC DISTRICT.
  
 NEW CONSTRUCION OF COMPONENTS OF PROJECT WITHIN
 HISTORIC DISTRICT REQUIRES SUBMITTAL OF A COA AND
