 1. PROVIDE INTERSECTION ANALYSIS AT CENTREPARK
 BOULEVARD/CENTREPARK DRIVE EAST.
 2. PROVIDE TRIP DISTRIBUTION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT WITHIN
 THE RADIUS OF INFLUENCE CONSISTENT WITH COUNTY?S TPS
 REQUIREMENT.
  
  
 SITE PLAN COMMENT:
 3. REDUCE THE DRIVEWAY WIDTH TO 24 FEET FOR THE
 DRIVEWAY ON CENTREPARK DRIVE EAST.
 4. THE DRIVEWAY DESIGNS ON THE ARCHITECTURAL PLAN AND
 SITE PLAN ARE DIFFERENT. PLEASE VERIFY AND REVISE.
 5. PROVIDE AUTOTURN PATHS FOR DELIVERY AND SERVICE
 VEHICLES FOR THE LOADING AREA.
 6. CLARIFY THE DELIVERY ACCESS PATH BETWEEN THE LOADING
 AREA AND THE RETAIL USE.
 7. PROVIDE BIKE LANES ON CENTREPARK DRIVE EAST TO
 FACILITATE BICYCLE MODE OF TRANSPORTATION IN THIS AREA.
 8. PROVIDE ROUNDABOUT OR DUTCH JUNCTION AT CENTREPARK
 BOULEVARD/CENTREPARK DRIVE EAST TO FACILITATE BICYCLE
 TURNING MOVEMENT.
 9. PROVIDE PEDESTRIAN REFUGE ISLAND NEAR CENTREPARK
 DRIVE EAST FOR PEDESTRIANS CROSSING CENTREPARK
 BOULEVARD TO FACILITY ACCESS TO THE NEARBY BUS STOP ON
 AUSTRALIAN AVENUE.
 10. PROVIDE SEPARATED PARKING ACCESS ROAD ALONG THE
 SITE FRONTAGE ON CENTREPARK BOULEVARD, SIMILAR TO THE
 PROPOSED PARKING ACCESS ROAD FOR 1500 CENTREPARK
 BOULEVARD RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT.
 11. SIDEWALK EASEMENT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE PORTION
 OF SIDEWALK OUTSIDE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.
 12. IMPLEMENT THE FOLLOWING TRANSPORTATION DEMAND
 MANAGEMENT (TDM) MEASURES TO BE CONSISTENT WITH THE
 CITY'S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN:
 A. UNBUNDLE PARKING FROM RESIDENTS? LEASES (IF RENTAL
 UNITS).
 B. PROVIDE FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR SUBSIDIZED TRI-RAIL
 PASS WHICH REDUCES THE FARES BY 50% FOR NEW RESIDENTS,
 OR SUBSIDIZED MICRO-MOBILITY SERVICE OR PALM TRAN BUS
 PASS WITH EQUIVALENT MONETARY VALUES.
 C. COORDINATE WITH TRI-RAIL TO INVESTIGATE HAVING THE
 TRI-RAIL AIRPORT SHUTTLE TO ADD A STOP AT THE EXISTING
 PALM TRAN STOP NEAR THE SITE.
