 AND FIRE FLOW DEMANDS. CALCULATIONS SHALL BE PER FAC
 64E-6 FOR SEWER AND PER FAC 64-E.008 FOR WATER.
  
 PROVIDE CCTV VIDEO OF EXISTING SANITARY SEWER AND STORM
 DRAINAGE LINES ALONG ENTIRE PROJECT FRONTAGE.
  
 PLEASE SUBMIT A FORMAL AS-BUILT REQUEST FOR ALL CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH-OWNED UTILITIES WITHIN THE PUBLIC RIGHT
 OF WAY FOR THE ENTIRE EXTENT OF THE LIMITS OF YOUR
 PROJECT. IDENTIFY TYPE OF UTILITY, LOCATION, PIPE

 STATING "ALL BACKFLOW DEVICES MUST BE LEAD-FREE". FOR

 ALL WATER, STORMWATER, AND SANITARY AND SEWER LINES,
 INCLUDING STUBS TO EACH PROPERTY LINE FOR WATER AND
 SANITARY SEWERS, THE MAKE AND MODEL OF ALL VALVES,
 METERS, AND OTHERS DEVICES TO BE INSTALLED ON THE
 SYSTEM, CATCH BASINS, CULVERTS, DITCHES INCLUDING
 GRADES, PIPES SIZES, MATERIALS, ELEVATIONS,
 ASSUMPTIONS, CALCULATIONS, INVERT ELEVATIONS FOR ALL
 INLETS AND MANHOLES AND PROFILES OF SANITARY SEWER
 LINES. ALL AVAILABLE ELEVATION SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE
 PROFILE VIEW. DIRECTION OF FLOW SHALL BE SHOWN ON PLAN
 VIEW ON PLAN VIEW FOR ALL SANITARY AND STORM SEWERS.
 ADDITIONALLY, PLAN VIEW SHALL SHOW ALL EXISTING AND
 PROPOSED UNDERGROUND UTILITY LAYOUT, INCLUDING FIBER
 OPTIC, ELECTRIC, GAS, AND CABLEVISION &
 TELECOMMUNICATION FACILITIES LOCATED ON THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY.

 PROPOSED CURB WILL ENCROACH ON EXISTING SANITARY
 MANHOLE. AS SUCH, POINT OF SERVICE WILL BE EXISTING
 MANHOLE IN CENTREPARK DR. CONSIDER RUNNING PROPOSED
 SANITARY SERVICE TO EXISTING MANHOLE INSTEAD OF
 PROPOSED NEW MANHOLE.
  
 PLEASE CLEARLY SHOW CITY RIGHTS OF WAY.
  
 PROVIDE PROFILE AND CLEARANCES AT ALL UTILITY
 CROSSINGS.
  
 SHOW VERTICAL DATUM AND DATUM CONVERSION INFORMATION
 (NAVD 88 AND NGVD 29).
  
 CUT AND CAP UTILITIES NOT IN USE, AND REMOVE ANY
 ABANDONED UTILITY LINES LARGER THAN 2 INCHES FROM CITY
 RIGHT OF WAY.
  
 PLEASE SUBMIT COMPLETED LOS ANALYSIS SUMMARY TABLE
 DIRECTLY TO ENGINEERING (SHEET 33 OF CITY OF WPB
 DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION).
  
 PLEASE PROVIDE CALCULATIONS OF REVISED PERVIOUS AND
 IMPERVIOUS CALCULATIONS FOR THE PROPOSED IMPACTED
 AREAS.
  
 ADJUST PROPOSED METER PLACEMENT TO BE WITHIN EASEMENT;
 BACKFLOWS TO BE ON PRIVATE PROPERTY OUTSIDE OF
 EASEMENT.
  
 PROVIDE ONSITE CLEANOUTS NEAR PROPERTY LINE FOR
 PROPOSED SANITARY LATERALS.
  
 PROVIDE ENLARGED DETAIL ON PLANS OF PROPOSED LOCATION

 THROUGH OTHER PRIVATE PROPERTY. COULD BE LEGALLY
 PROBLEMATIC IF OTHER PROPERTY OWNER DOES NOT WANT IT
 THERE. RECOMMEND NOT DOING THAT.
  
 -LOOKS LIKE CUSTOMER PROPOSED PAVER BRICK COMING INTO
 ROW -> NOT SURE IF CUSTOMER ALLOWED TO BUILD INTO ROW.
  
 -LOOKS LIKE CUSTOMER PROPOSED PAVER BRICK BEING BUILT
 WITHIN EXISTING 10? UE ALONG EDGES OF PROPERTY. WOULD
 CREATE USABILITY CONFLICT WITH UE. SOLUTION COULD BE TO
 RELOCATE BRICKWORK BACK AND KEEP AREA GRASSED.
  
 -CUSTOMER SHOULD CONSIDER INSTALLING PARALLEL DOMESTIC
 BACKFLOW ASSEMBLIES ON THE DOMESTIC LINE TO MINIMIZE
 WATER OUTAGE DURING BACKFLOW MAINTENANCE.
  
 -THERE ARE SOME EXISTING TREES IN AREA. TREES SHOULD
 NOT BE LOCATED WITHIN 5? OF WATER SERVICE PIPING.
  
 -IF DOMESTIC METER IS 3? OR GREATER, SHOULD BE
 INSTALLED ABOVE-GROUND.
  
 -ALL OF WATER METER NEEDS TO BE IN ROW OR UE.
  
 -EXISTING WATER UTILITIES NOT SHOWN CLEARLY. SHOULD
 HAVE SEPARATE UTILITY PLAN SHEET HIGHLIGHTING EXISTING
 UTILITIES, AND AN ENLARGED/ZOOMED-IN AREA PLAN OF THE
 WATER SERVICES IN DETAIL.
