2019-11-15 11:54:301. ONE PREVIOUS PERMIT PROVISO WAS FOR THE INSTALLATION
 OF A SIGN ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE WEST EGRESS DRIVE ON
 THE OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD FRONTAGE, INDICATING THE
 DIRECTION OF THE PEDESTRIAN PATHWAY ENTRANCE TO THE
 COHEN PAVILION. THIS WILL NEED TO BE INSTALLED PRIOR TO
 FINAL CO.
 2. THERE ARE SOME DISCREPANCIES IN THE TRUNCATED DOMES
 ALONG TAMARIND AVENUE AND OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD AT THE
 PROJECT?S SOUTHWEST CORNER. NONE OF THE PREVIOUS
 PERMITS SHOWED THE SECOND EXTENDED TRUNCATED DOME ON
 THE OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD SIDE. IF THIS WILL REMAIN, A
 PRIOR PERMIT WILL NEED TO BE AMENDED (SHEET AE110).
 3. PLEASE REMOVE THE STRIPING FROM THE PROPOSED SOD
 AREA AT THE PROJECT?S SOUTHWEST CORNER (SHEET AE110).
 4. NO PRIOR PERMITS HAVE BEEN FOUND THAT SHOW THE
 EXTENDED DRIVE AISLE MEDIANS AND THE RELOCATION OF THE
 GARAGE ENTRANCE GATES ON THE TAMARIND AVENUE. THESE
 GATES CANNOT BE WITHIN THE MINIMUM SETBACK, WHICH
 MEASURED FROM THE BACK OF CURB IS 18?. PLEASE SHOW THE
 EXISTING CURB LINE AND PROVIDE A SETBACK MEASUREMENT.
 THESE CHANGES, IF MEETING REGULATIONS, WILL NEED TO BE
 APPROVED WITH A PERMIT. (SHEET AE400, AE405)
 5. IT APPEARS THAT THERE WILL BE RESTRIPING WITHIN THE
 EXISTING PARKING GARAGE. NO PERMITS HAVE BEEN LOCATED
 FOR THESE CHANGES, PLEASE SUBMIT A SEPARATE PERMIT IF
 MODIFICATIONS ARE BEING MADE. (SHEETS AE400, AE401,
 AE403)
 6. PLEASE FIX THE SMALL ERRORS IN THE DRAWINGS IN THE
 PROPOSED RESTRIPING AREA ON SHEET AE403 (TWO ADA
 PARKING SIGNS IN MIDDLE OF DRIVE AISLE).
 7. PLEASE NOTE, STAFF HAS NOT YET SEEN SEPARATE PERMIT
 FOR PROPOSED SIGNAGE ON EXISTING PARKING GARAGE (ON THE
 PROPOSED NEW SCREENING). A SEPARATE PERMIT WILL BE
 REQUIRED PRIOR TO INSTALLATION (THIS HAS NO IMPACT TO
 THESE MINOR AMENDMENT PLANS)
 8. THE ELEVATIONS OF THE COHEN PAVILION PORTE COCHERE
 APPEAR TO BE INCORRECT AND DO NOT MATCH PREVIOUS PLANS
 (E.G. PERMIT 19021279). PLEASE CLARIFY (SHEET AE500).
 9. PLEASE NOTE A SEPARATE FENCE PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED
 FOR THE PROPOSED FENCE ON THE TAMARIND AVENUE FRONTAGE
 (FOR THE ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT).
 10. PLEASE AMEND THE PHOTOMETRIC PLANS. THE PROPOSED
 LIGHT FIXTURES ALONG OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD SHOULD BE AT
 THE BACK OF THE SIDEWALK, AS PREVIOUSLY DISCUSSED WITH
 ANA MARIA APONTE, CITY URBAN DESIGNER.
