 1. SATISFIED. THE SITE PLAN SHOWS A 132-UNITS HOTEL
 PLUS PENTHOUSE AND 3,207 SF RETAIL, BUT THE TRIP
 GENERATION ASSUMES 128-UNITS HOTEL WITH ONE RESIDENTIAL
 CONDO DWELLING UNIT. PROVIDE REVISED TRAFFIC ANALYSIS
 ONCE AVAILABLE.
 2. SATISFIED. PROVIDE TRIP DISTRIBUTION WITHIN THE
 RADIUS OF INFLUENCE PER COUNTY TPS. EVEN IF THE
 DEVELOPMENT IS WITHIN A TCEA, THE CITY CAN REQUEST MORE
 IN-DEPTH ANALYSIS.
 3. SATISFIED. PERFORM TEST 1 AND 2 PER COUNTY TPS. EVEN
 IF THE DEVELOPMENT IS WITHIN A TCEA, THE CITY CAN
 REQUEST MORE IN-DEPTH ANALYSIS. THE PROPOSED
 DEVELOPMENT FAILS TEST 1 PART II, AS IT SIGNIFICANTLY
 IMPACTS QUADRILLE BLVD AND GARDENIA. FURTHER MITIGATION
 AND TRANSPORTATION DEMAND MANAGEMENT INITIATIVES SHALL
 BE DISCUSSED WITH PLANNING AND ENGINEERING.
 4. SATISFIED. PROVIDE AM/PM PEAK HOUR AND DAILY
 DRIVEWAY VOLUMES. EVEN IF THE DEVELOPMENT IS WITHIN A
 TCEA, THE CITY CAN REQUEST MORE IN-DEPTH ANALYSIS
 5. SATISFIED. EVEN IF THE DEVELOPMENT IS WITHIN A TCEA,
 THE CITY CAN REQUEST MORE IN-DEPTH ANALYSIS. PROVIDE
 INTERSECTION ANALYSIS FOR THE FOLLOWING:

 PERSONNEL.
 7. SATISFIED. PLEASE CLARIFY THE VALET OPERATIONS AND
 THE CIRCULATION ROUTES. ALL VALET CIRCULATION ROUTES
 MUST BE CONTAINED ON-SITE AND SHOULD NOT USE CITY
 STREETS (I.E. CANNOT CIRCULATE AROUND CITY BLOCKS FOR
 PICK-UP AND/OR DELIVERY OPERATIONS). EVEN IF THE
 DEVELOPMENT IS WITHIN A TCEA, THE CITY CAN REQUEST MORE
 IN-DEPTH ANALYSIS. THE SITE PLAN DOES NOT SHOW THE
 REQUESTED INFORMATION. BASED ON THE TRAFFIC STUDY, IT
 SEEMS THAT VALET OPERATIONS ARE CONDUCTED AGAINST CITY
 CODE, AS VEHICLES BELONGING TO RESIDENCE INN PATRONS
 ARE DRIVEN TO/FROM THE AC MARRIOTT HOTEL PARKING GARAGE
 USING CITY STREETS. SUCH OPERATIONS WOULD NOT BE
 ALLOWED.
 8. SATISFIED. CLARIFY PARKING ARRANGEMENTS WITH
 EXISTING MARRIOTT HOTEL DURING CONSTRUCTION PHASE(S)
 AND AT BUILD-OUT. PLEASE PROVIDE MORE DETAILS
 PERTAINING THE ALTERNATIVE ARRANGEMENTS.
 9. NOT SATISFIED. PROVIDE COUNTY TPS LETTER, ONCE
 AVAILABLE.
  
 SITE PLAN COMMENTS:
 10. PARTIALLY SATISFIED. PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR
 REMOVAL OF ON-STREET PARKING SPACES ALONG GARDENIA.
 PLEASE COORDINATE WITH PARKING ADMINISTRATION FOR THE
 PROCESS AND PROVIDE OUTCOME OF SUCH PROCEEDING.
 11. SATISFIED. GARAGE DRIVING AISLE SHOULD HAVE A
 MINIMUM OF 24 FEET WIDTH WHEREVER SELF-PARKING VEHICLES
 TRAVERSE
 12. SATISFIED. PROVIDE CIRCULATION ROUTES AND SHOW
 AUTOTURN PATHS FOR ALL DELIVERY, SERVICE VEHICLES AND
 GARBAGE TRUCKS. ANALYSIS SHOWS GARBAGE TRUCK
 ENCROACHMENT WITH A BUILDING AT THE ALLEYWAY AND
 QUADRILLE INTERSECTION. MOREOVER, EVEN THOUGH THE TRUCK
 TAKES A WIDE TURN AT DIXIE, IT STILL ENCROACHES PRIVATE
 ROW. DUE TO SUCH CONDITIONS, SANITATION OPERATION MAY
 NOT BE FEASIBLE THROUGH THE ALLEYWAY.
  
 CONDITIONS:
 1. NO SELF-PARKING SHALL BE ALLOWED INSIDE THE GARAGE
 WHEREVER PARKING AISLE IS LESS THAN 24? WIDE.
 2. PROVIDE EASEMENT FOR THE PORTION OF SIDEWALK OUTSIDE
 PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.
 3. PROVIDE MICROMOBILITY FACILITIES ON-SITE.
 SPECIFICALLY: IDENTIFY AND DESIGNATE AN EASILY
 ACCESSIBLE MICRO-MOBILITY STATION AREA (MINIMUM 8 X 20
 FEET) AND PROVIDE BASIC ELECTRIFICATION READINESS
 (CIRCUIT BOX AND ELECTRIC CONDUIT). CLEARLY DEPICT THE
 DESIGNATED SPACE ON THE SITE PLAN.
 4. PROPOSE TDM MEASURES TO BE IMPLEMENTED AS PART OF
 THE DEVELOPMENT, SUCH AS:
 A. PARKING CASH-OUT PROGRAM FOR EMPLOYEES
 B. TRANSIT PASS SUBSIDY FOR EMPLOYEES
 C. SECURE BIKE PARKING FOR EMPLOYEES
