 1. THE SITE PLAN SHOWS A 132-UNITS HOTEL PLUS PENTHOUSE
 AND 3,207 SF RETAIL, BUT THE TRIP GENERATION ASSUMES
 128-UNITS HOTEL WITH ONE RESIDENTIAL CONDO DWELLING
 UNIT. PLEASE VERIFY AND REVISE.
 2. PROVIDE TRIP DISTRIBUTION WITHIN THE RADIUS OF
 INFLUENCE PER COUNTY TPS.
 3. PERFORM TEST 1 AND 2 PER COUNTY TPS.
 4. PROVIDE AM/PM PEAK HOUR AND DAILY DRIVEWAY VOLUMES.
 5. PROVIDE INTERSECTION ANALYSIS FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 A. QUADRILLE AND GARDENIA
 B. S DIXIE AND GARDENIA
 6. PROVIDE QUEUING ANALYSIS FOR THE VALET OPERATIONS.
 7. PLEASE CLARIFY THE VALET OPERATIONS AND THE
 CIRCULATION ROUTES. ALL VALET CIRCULATION ROUTES MUST
 BE CONTAINED ON-SITE AND SHOULD NOT USE CITY STREETS
 (I.E. CANNOT CIRCULATE AROUND CITY BLOCKS FOR PICK-UP
 AND/OR DELIVERY OPERATIONS).
 8. CLARIFY PARKING ARRANGEMENTS WITH EXISTING MARRIOTT
 HOTEL DURING CONSTRUCTION PHASE(S) AND AT BUILD-OUT.
 9. PROVIDE COUNTY TPS LETTER.
  
  
 SITE PLAN COMMENTS:
 10. INDICATE THE MINIMUM REQUIRED AND MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE
 NUMBER OF VEHICULAR PARKING SPACES BY CITY CODE ON THE
 SITE DATA TABLE.
 11. INDICATE THE NUMBER OF BICYCLE PARKING SPACES
 PROVIDED AND INCLUDE IT IN THE SITE DATA TABLE.
 12. INDICATE THE LOCATION OF THE REQUIRED SHOWER
 FACILITY FOR EMPLOYEES ON THE SITE PLAN.
 13. CITY CODE REQUIRES 76 MINIMUM PARKING SPACES, BUT
 235 SPACES ARE PROVIDED. PLEASE CLARIFY WHY SO MANY
 PARKING SPACES ARE NEEDED.
 14. INDICATE THE NUMBER AND PERCENTAGE OF COMPACT
 PARKING SPACES. ALL COMPACT SPACES SHOULD BE MARKED
 WITH CORRESPONDING PAVEMENT MARKING.
 15. ALL PARKING SPACES NEXT TO WALLS SHOULD INCLUDE 1
 TO 2 FEET CLEARANCE PER CITY CODE 94-111(C). PLEASE
 VERIFY.
 16. DIMENSION ALL PARKING AISLE WIDTH, INCLUDING THE
 SHORT PARKING AISLES IN THE GARAGE.
 17. PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR REMOVAL OF ON-STREET
 PARKING SPACES ALONG GARDENIA. PLEASE COORDINATE WITH
 PARKING ADMINISTRATION FOR THE PROCESS AND DETAILS.
 18. THE DEMO PLAN (C-03) SHOWS THAT THE EXISTING CURB
 AND PARKING STALL STRIPING ON GARDENIA STREET ARE
 REMOVED BUT SOME OF THEM ARE NOT RE-CONSTRUCTED PER
 OTHER PLAN SHEETS. PLEASE CLARIFY.
 19. ON THE PAVING, MARKING AND SIGNAGE PLAN SHEET
 (C-11), SHOW HOW THE NEW PARKING STALL STRIPING ARE
 COMPATIBLE WITH THE EXISTING PARKING STALL STRIPING
 WEST OF THE SITE ON GARDENIA STREET.
 20. PROVIDE CIRCULATION ROUTES AND SHOW AUTOTURN PATHS
 FOR ALL DELIVERY, SERVICE VEHICLES AND GARBAGE TRUCKS.
 21. SHOW THE REQUIRED 20-FOOT VISIBILITY TRIANGLE AT
 THE CORNER OF GARDENIA STREET/DIXIE HIGHWAY AND DIXIE
 HIGHWAY/ALLEY.
 22. ON THE PAVING, MARKING AND SIGNAGE PLAN SHEET
 (C-11), "DO NOT ENTER" SIGNS SHOULD BE PROVIDED ON THE
 ONE-WAY ENTRY AND EXIT AT THE SITE DRIVEWAY AS
 APPROPRIATE.
 23. AT A MINIMUM, THE ROAD SHALL BE MILLED/RESURFACED
 AT MIN OF 1 INCH FOR FULL LANE WIDTH OF THE TRAVEL
 LANE(S) ENCROACHED BY THE TRENCH AREA, INCLUDING A
 TRANSITION AREA OF 50 FEET ON EACH SIDE OF THE TRENCH.
  
  
 CONDITIONS:
 1. NO SELF-PARKING SHALL BE ALLOWED INSIDE THE GARAGE
 WHEREVER PARKING AISLE IS LESS THAN 24-FOOT WIDE.
 2. PROVIDE EASEMENT FOR THE PORTION OF SIDEWALK OUTSIDE
 PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.
 3. PROVIDE MICROMOBILITY FACILITIES ON-SITE
 4. PROVIDE TDM MEASURES TO BE IMPLEMENTED AS PART OF
 THE DEVELOPMENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
 A. UNBUNDLED PARKING/PARKING CASH-OUT PROGRAM FOR
 EMPLOYEES
