 NOT AS AN ALLEY FACADE. FENESTRATION CAN BE PROVIDED.
 PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION TO CONFIRM COMPLIANCE WITH
 TABLE IV-4 REGARDING ALL ELEMENTS LISTED. BLANK WALLS
 ARE NOT ALLOWED. PROVIDE GRAPHIC INFORMATION TO CONFIRM
 COMPLIANCE.

 THE FLOOR PLAN. AN AERIAL EASEMENT WILL BE REQUIRED.
 29. DOORS OPENING TO THE SIDEWALK CANNOT ENCROACH INTO
 THE SIDEWALK PATH OF TRAVEL AND SHALL BE RECESSED.
 PROPOSED RETAIL ON GARDENIA SHALL HAVE A DOOR FROM THE

 COMMENTS. IDENTIFY THE SHEETS WHERE THE COMMENT IS
 ADDRESS.
 PLEASE SUBMIT 1 LARGE SET MAXIMUM 24" BY 36", ONE SET
 11" BY 17" AND A DIGITAL COPY OF ALL THE DRAWINGS,
 RESPONSE LETTER AND SUPPORT DOCUMENTATION.
 PLEASE UTILIZE THE GUIDELINES FOR RESUBMITTAL. A
 MEETING WITH STAFF IS RECOMMENDED TO DISCUSS THE
 COMMENTS.
