 TRAFFIC STUDY COMMENTS:
 1. PROVIDE A TRAFFIC STATEMENT.
 2. PROVIDE COUNTY TPS LETTER.
 3. INCLUDE PCN NUMBER(S) AND PROPERTY STREET
 ADDRESS(ES) ON TRAFFIC STUDY.
 4. PLEASE COORDINATE WITH ENGINEERING ON THE STUDY
 INTERSECTIONS AND TRAFFIC STUDY REQUIREMENTS.
 SITE PLAN COMMENTS:
 5. REDUCE THE WIDTH OF THE TWO ONE-WAY DRIVEWAYS TO 12
 FEET ON GARDENIA STREET.
 6. CLARIFY THE OPERATION OF THE AREA IN FRONT OF THE
 LOBBY. WOULD VALET BE PROVIDED? VEHICLE CIRCULATION
 SHOULD BE CONTAINED ON-SITE.
 7. PROVIDE TURNAROUND SPACE FOR THE DEAD-END PARKING
 SPACE ON THE 5TH FLOOR.
 8. PARKING AISLE WIDTH SHOULD BE 24 FEET.
 9. PROVIDE THE REQUIRED BICYCLE PARKING SPACES PER CITY
 CODE 94-113.
 10. SHOW CURBS AND CURB-CUTS ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF
 STREETS.
 11. SHOW FULL RIGHT-OF-WAY WIDTH AND RIGHT-OF-WAY WIDTH
 FROM CENTERLINE ON SITE PLAN.
 12. PROPOSED FIRE HYDRANTS SHOULD BE LOCATED AT LEAST
 15 FEET FROM EXISTING PARKING SPACES AND AWAY FROM
 PEDESTRIAN PATHS.
 13. PROVIDE EASEMENT FOR THE PORTION OF SIDEWALK
 OUTSIDE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.
 14. THE BUILDING DOORS SHOULD NOT OPEN INTO PEDESTRIAN
 WALKWAY/SIDEWALK ON GARDENIA STREET.
 15. CLARIFY IF THERE WILL BE PEDESTRIANS ACCESSING THE
 BUILDING VIA THE ALLEY AS THERE ARE DOORS FROM THE
 OFFICE/WORK ROOM OPENED INTO THE ALLEY AND ACCESS TO
 THE STAIRS.
 16. PLEASE CLARIFY HOW THE ALLEY IS PLANNED TO BE USED
 RELATED TO LOADING, DELIVERY, GARBAGE COLLECTION,
 VEHICLE CIRCULATION, ETC.
 17. REPAVE BOTH SIDES OF GARDENIA STREET AND THE ALLEY
 ALONG THE SITE FRONTAGE.
 18. PROVIDE ON-STREET PARKING ALONG GARDENIA STREET AND
 DIXIE HIGHWAY.
 19. PROVIDE AUTOTURN PATHS FOR DELIVERY AND GARBAGE
 TRUCKS.
 20. CONSIDER PROVIDING BIKESHARE AND MICROMOBILITY
 FACILITIES ON-SITE
 21. CONSIDER PROVIDING TDM MEASURES TO BE IMPLEMENTED
 AS PART OF THE DEVELOPMENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED
