  1.1. UTILITY LETTERS SHALL BE PROVIDED FROM ALL
 UTILITY COMPANIES (SEE PAGES 6-7 OF THE DEVELOPMENT
 APPLICATION).
  
  1.2. PER SEC. 94-233(C)(4) OF THE CITY'S ZLDRS, THE
 MAXIMUM FAR ALLOWED IS 0.2 - THE SITE DATA TABLE
 INDICATES ONLY 0.75 IS PERMITTED. PLEASE ADJUST
 ACCORDINGLY.
  
  1.3. PER SEC 94-233(B) OF THE CITY'S ZLDRS, THE
 MAXIMUM BUILDING HEIGHT PERMITTED IS 40 FEET - THE SITE
 DATA TABLE INDICATES 30 FEET. PLEASE ADJUST
 ACCORDINGLY.
  
 2. THE PROJECT SHALL COMPLY WITH SEC. 255.2575, FLORIDA
 STATUTES, REGARDING CONSTRUCTION OF AN ENERGY-EFFICIENT
 AND SUSTAINABLE BUILDING.
  
 3. THE A/C EQUIPMENT PADS/AREA TO THE WEST OF THE
 PROPOSED GYMNASIUM NEEDS TO BE SCREENED FROM VIEW WITH
 A WALL OR OPAQUE FENCE CONSISTING OF BRICK, DECORATIVE
 CONCRETE, OTHER DECORATIVE MASONRY, OR COMPARABLY
 DURABLE WOOD/STEEL. CHAIN LINK FENCING WITH SLATS DOES
 NOT COMPLY WITH THIS REQUIREMENT. ADDITIONALLY,
 LANDSCAPING WITH SHRUBS/HEDGES SHALL ALSO BE PROVIDED
 IN FRONT OF THE FENCE/WALL TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT
 FEASIBLE.
