 94-39(I)(5) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS.
  
 1) PROVIDE AN EXPLANATION OF HOW THE APPLICATION AS
 PRESENTED MEETS THE INTENT OF SEC. 94-207(A)(1),
 INNOVATIVE LAND PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT TECHNIQUES.
  
 2) PROVIDE A PEDESTRIAN CONNECTION (SIDEWALK AND
 ASSOCIATED STRIPING) ADJACENT TO DRIVE AISLE TO ENABLE
 INCREASED PEDESTRIAN ACCESS TO THE SITE
  
 3) CONSIDER A SHARED PARKING STRATEGY WITH THE PROPOSED
 NEIGHBORING DEVELOPMENT TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF PARKING
 SPACE ON SITE.
  
 4) THE PROPOSED PLAN INDICATES A TOTAL OF 163 SPACES
 ARE BEING PROVIDED ABOVE WHAT IS REQUIRED BY CODE. HAS
 THE PARKING DEMAND AT THE CHURCH HISTORICALLY BEEN
 COMMENSURATE TO THE 250 EXISTING SPACES? APPLICANT TO
 EXAMINE A POTENTIAL REDUCTION TO REDUCE IMPERVIOUS
 SURFACE, RUNOFF.
  
 5) ADD REQUIRED BICYCLE PARKING SPACES AND DISTRIBUTE
 THROUGHOUT THE SITE AND INCLUDE CITY-STANDARD BIKE RACK
 DETAIL
  
 6) PROVIDE LETTERS FROM ALL OF THE FOLLOWING PUBLIC
 UTILITIES CONFIRMING THAT THE PROPOSED PROJECT DOES NOT
 ENCROACH INTO THEIR EASEMENTS OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE
 WITH THE PROVISION OF THEIR SERVICES: AT&T, FPU, FPL,
 AND COMCAST.
  
 7) ALL PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS, INCLUDING NEW
 CONSTRUCTION, OR THE RENOVATION OR IMPROVEMENT OF AN
 EXISTING BUILDING, WHERE THE TOTAL CONSTRUCTION COSTS
 ARE EQUAL OR GREATER THAN $750,000 IS SUBJECT TO THE
 ART IN PUBLIC PLACES REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTER 78,
