2020-07-10 11:01:031. PLEASE ADJUST THE TOTAL NUMBER OF RESIDENTIAL GBA IN
 THE SITE PLAN TO MATCH THE GBA CALCULATIONS IN THE
 ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS. SITE PLAN LISTS 223,906 SF VS
 223,914 SF RESULTING AS THE TOTAL FOR THE GBA REFLECTED
 IN SHEET Z1 AND Z2. PLEASE ALSO INCLUDE A LINE WITH THE
 AMOUNT OF TDRS TRANSFER TO THE SITE, AND IDENTIFY THE
 DEVELOPMENT CAPACITY ALLOWED AS BY RIGHT=2.75FAR AND
 TDR INCENTIVE=1.0FAR.
 2. PLEASE IDENTIFY THE INCREASE IN GBA DUE TO THE
 INCREASE IN THE SIZE OF THE END UNIT NEXT TO THE PUBLIC
 OPEN SPACE, AND ADJUSTMENT ON UNIT AT NW CORNER OF
 BUILDING. IT SEEMS THERE IS A DISCREPANCY BETWEEN THE
 GBA NUMBERS SUBMITTED IN THE PREVIOUS SUBMITTAL AND NEW
 NUMBERS. FOR EXAMPLE, GBA FOR 5TH FLOOR IN 4/14/20
 VERSION IS 9,101SF AND IN 6/21/20 VERSION IS 9,026SF
 WHEN THE ONLY LISTED CHANGE IS AN INCREASE IN THE
 CORNER UNIT. PLEASE EXPLAIN AND RECALCULATE IF NEEDED.
 3. IT SEEMS THE ROOF STAIR NO 1 WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE
 CALCULATION FOR THE GBA IN THAT ROOF TERRACE. PLEASE
 CORRECT.
 4. PLEASE RENAME FLOOR PLANS LISTED AS 6TH TO 16TH
 FLOOR TO 6TH TO 15TH FLOOR AS THE BUILDING ONLY HAS
 15TH FLOORS.
 5. ADDITIONAL ARCHITECTURAL TREATMENT IS NEEDED ON THE
 NW WALL TO SATISFY DAC COMMENTS. OPTIONS MAY INCLUDE
 SPANDREL WINDOWS.
 6. WHEN PARKING SPACES ARE ADJACENT TO A COLUMN OR WALL
 THE MINIMUM WITH OF THE SPACE SHALL BE WIDENED TO 9?6?.
 SEE SECTION 94-111(C)
 7. AMENITY DECK LEVEL GREEN SCREEN LOCATED ON THE EAST
 SIDE OF DECK CANNOT BE ARTIFICIAL PLANT MATERIAL.
 8. SECTIONS SHOWN IN SHEET 6 OF CIVIL DRAWINGS INDICATE
 A PAVER BRICK AREA NEXT TO CURB OR LANDSCAPE. HARDSCAPE
 DOES NOT INDICATE ANY PAVER AREA. PLEASE CORRECT.
 9. PLEASE CONFIRM ALL THE GROUND FLOOR ACCESS DOORS
 WILL MEET THE SIDEWALK GRADE ELEVATION, AND PROPOSED
 SIDEWALK MEETS THE MAXIMUM 2% CROSS SLOPE.
 10. SHEET A1 INDICATES THE LOCATION OF THE BIKE RACKS
 ALONG BANYAN WITHIN A PLANTING AREA. PLEASE ADJUST.
 11. LANDSCAPE MATERIAL PROPOSED AT THE NW CORNER OF THE
 AMENITY DECK WAS REMOVED. PLEASE INCLUDE THAT LANDSCAPE
 BACK INTO THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPE. IF THE AREA IS NO
 LONGER USED AS AN AMENITY, THE PERIMETER LANDSCAPE
 PLANTERS SHALL BE MAINTAINED TO SCREEN PROPOSED
 MECHANICAL AREA AND ENHANCE THE VIEWS FROM UPPER LEVELS
 AND GROUND LEVELS.
 12. PLEASE CORRECT THE STREET LIGHTING SPEC TO REFLECT
 THE CITY STANDARD FOR FIXTURE AND POLE.
