 STATING REQUIRED FOR THE MICRO- UNITS. IF PROJECT
 PROVIDES THE MAXIMUM OF 0.5 PARKING SPACES FOR EACH
 MICRO UNIT, 4 DEDICATED CAR SHARING SPACE WILL BE
 REQUIRED.
 3. PLEASE START DISCUSSIONS WITH A CAR SHARE PROVIDED

 12. PLEASE NOTE THE EXISTING OFFICE BUILDING AND THE
 PROPOSED RESIDENTIAL BUILDING ARE UNDER A SINGLE SITE
 PLAN APPROVAL, AND THEIR COMPLIANCE WITH THE CODE
 ENCOMPASSES THE TWO BUILDINGS. IF THE PARCEL IS DIVIDED
 INTO TWO OWNERSHIPS IN THE FUTURE, THE SITE PLAN IS
 STILL MAINTAINED AS ONE, AND CROSS ACCESS AGREEMENTS
 WILL BE NEEDED.

 2,171SF REQUIRED. PLEASE ADJUST AND CONFIRM AREA
 OUTSIDE THE SETBACK STILL COMPLIES WITH THE POS
 REQUIRED. -*PUBLIC OPEN SPACE DESIGN IS ENCROACHING
 INTO THE MINIMUM SETBACK. AREA WITHIN THE MINIMUM
