2020-03-24 09:31:04THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS ARE FROM THE REVIEW OF THE MARCH
 17, 2020 REVIEW SUBMITTAL PACKAGE. THESE COMMENTS CAN
 BE ADDRESSED DURING THE ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL.
  
 1. CONFIRM THE SIZE OF THE EXISTING STORMWATER PIPE IN
 BANYAN BLVD BETWEEN N. DIXIE HIGHWAY AND THE MANHOLE IN
 FRONT OF THE BANK DRIVE-THROUGH TELLER LANES IS 48" OR
 42". CONTACT JANICE TARBILL IN THE ENGINEERING SERVICES
 DEPARTMENT FOR AS-BUILT PLANS.
  
 2. ON THE DEMOLITION PLAN SHEET, SHOW THE REMOVAL OF
 THE EASTERN PARKING SPACE NEAR THE DRIVEWAY ENTRANCE TO
 N. OLIVE AVE.
  
 3. SHEET 9 OF 10 CALLS OUT A NON-STANDARD STORMWATER
 PIPE SIZE (16") IN THE CONFLICT NOTE WITH THE WATER
 MAIN ON N. DIXIE HIGHWAY.
  
 4. SHOW SILT FENCE AT THE PROPERTY LINE/BACK OF
 SIDEWALK OR CURB ON THE POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN. THE
 SILT FENCE WILL BE NEEDED DURING DEMOLITION AND UNTIL
 THE BUILDING WALLS AND SIDEWALKS ARE COMPLETED.
  
 5. CALL OUT THE HIGH POINT IN THE DRIVE AISLE/DRIVEWAY
 TO BANYAN BLVD AND HAVE IT AS CLOSE TO THE BACK OF
 SIDEWALK AS POSSIBLE.
  
 6. CONFIRM THE DRAINAGE INLETS IN THE DRIVE AISLE WILL
 BE CONCRETE STRUCTURES (TYPE 'E') AND NOT YARD DRAINS
 AS LABELED ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 7. COORDINATE THE LOCATION OF THE YARD DRAIN IN THE
 PUBLIC OPEN SPACE WITH THE PLACEMENT OF LANDSCAPING AND
 SCULPTURES. THE GARDEN COURTYARD LANDSCAPE PLAN (SHEET
 LP.2) SHOWS THE PLACEMENT OF A SCULPTURE ON TOP OF THE
 YARD DRAIN.
  
 8. THE AREA BETWEEN THE BUILDING AND THE NORTH PROPERTY
 LINE WILL NEED GROUND COVER AT THE END OF CONSTRUCTION
 TO PREVENT EROSION AND SEDIMENT MIGRATION OFFSITE.
  
 9. PROVIDE PROFILE OF STORM PIPE BETWEEN STORMCEPTOR
 AND PROPOSED STORM MANHOLE IN BANYAN BLVD. SHOWING ALL
 OF THE UTILITIES CROSSING THE PROPOSED STORM PIPE.
