 FOR THE EXISTING OFFICE BUILDING.
 8. THE WEST LANDSCAPE BUFFER FOR THE SURFACE PARKING
 LOT IS NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE MINIMUM FIVE FOOT
 WIDTH.
 9. PLEASE PROVIDE AUTOTURN FOR LOADING AREA.

 LISTS TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE FOR EXISTING BUILDING AT
 44,590SF VS 40,000 LISTED IN PROJECT DATA. PLEASE
 PROVIDE DETAIL INFORMATION TO CONFIRM THE SQUARE
 FOOTAGE OF EXISTING BUILDING.
 17. EXISTING OLIVE TREES ALONG BANYAN AND OLIVE AVENUE
 SHALL BE REPLACED WITH NEW TREES PLANTED WITH THE
 REQUIRED STRUCTURAL SOIL AROUND IT.
 18. PLEASE STUDY THE POSSIBILITY TO REDUCE THE NUMBER
 OF CURB CUTS FOR THE PROJECT TO MINIMIZE PEDESTRIAN
 IMPACT. THE BANK DRIVE THRU LANES COMBINED WITH THE
 PARKING ACCESS CREATES A 56 FOOT WIDE CURB CUT, VERY
 DANGEROUS FOR PEDESTRIANS.STUDY THE POSSIBILITY TO MOVE
 DRIVE THRU NORTH TO ALLOW ONLY ONE EXIT INTO THE STREET
 AND PROVIDE A LANDSCAPED MEDIAN.
 19. PLEASE PROVIDE PHOTOMETRICS FOR THE STREET TO
 CONFIRM COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM 0.6 FOOTCANDLE
 REQUIRED. DECORATIVE LIGHT FIXTURES ARE REQUIRED ALONG
 THE STREET FRONTAGE. POLE AND FIXTURE SHALL MEET
 DOWNTOWN STANDARD.
 20. PLEASE PROVIDE TERMINAL ISLAND FOR ANGLE PARKING
 FROM OLIVE AVENUE.
 21. REDUCE CURB CUT ON OLIVE AVENUE TO THE MINIMUM
 NEEDED FOR ONE WAY ACCESS.
 22. DRIVEWAYS SHALL MAINTAINED THE SIDEWALK ELEVATION.
 FOR RESUBMITTAL, PLEASE PROVIDE EIGHT REVISED SETS, ONE
 11 BY 17 SET, AND A CD WITH ALL INFORMATION. INCLUDE
 RESPONSE LETTERS ADDRESSING ALL COMMENTS WITH EACH
