 1. PROVIDE COUNTY TPS LETTER.
 2. PROVIDE INTERSECTION ANALYSIS AT BANYAN
 BOULEVARD/SITE DRIVEWAY AND DIXIE HIGHWAY/SITE
 DRIVEWAY.
 3. AT DIXIE HIGHWAY/BANYAN BOULEVARD, ASSUME NO
 EXCLUSIVE WESTBOUND LEFT-TURN LANE TO BE CONSISTENT
 WITH THE BANYAN BOULEVARD CORRIDOR DESIGN.
 4. THE TITLE OF THE PAGE FOR TABLES 1, 2 AND 3 SHOULD
 BE "EXISTING DEVELOPMENT".
  
  
 SITE PLAN COMMENTS:
 5. CLARIFY THE CALCULATION OF REQUIRED VEHICULAR
 PARKING SPACES FOR THE EXISTING DRIVE-IN BANK AND
 OFFICE.
 6. INDICATE THE LOCATION OF THE GATE IF THE PARKING
 GARAGE WILL BE GATED.
 7. PLEASE IDENTIFY THE LOCATION OF BICYCLE PARKING IN
 THE PARKING GARAGE. SECURE BICYCLE PARKING SHOULD BE
 PROVIDED PER CITY CODE 94-111 FOR BOTH THE RESIDENTIAL
 AND COMMERCIAL COMPONENTS OF THE DEVELOPMENT.
 ADDITIONAL BICYCLE PARKING FOR PUBLIC USE SHOULD BE
 PROVIDED PER CITY CODE 94-113 AND SHOULD BE DISTRIBUTED
 ALONG THE SITE FRONTAGE.
 8. CONSIDER PROVIDING MICROMOBILITY FACILITY OR SCOOTER
 PARKING RACK ON-SITE.
 9. PROVIDE TERMINAL ISLAND FOR THE ROW OF ANGLED
 PARKING SPACES IMMEDIATELY WEST OF OLIVE AVENUE SUCH
 THAT VEHICLES BACKING OUT FROM THE FIRST ANGLED PARKING
 SPACE WOULD NOT ENCROACH THE SIDEWALK.
 10. CURB CUTS AND DRIVEWAYS SHOULD NOT BE WIDER THAN 25
 FEET PER CITY CODE 94-111.
 11. REDUCE THE DRIVEWAY WIDTH ON OLIVE AVENUE TO 12
 FEET.
 12. THE CURB CUT ON BANYAN BOULEVARD WITH THE INGRESS
 MOVEMENT BETWEEN THE TWO EGRESS MOVEMENTS COULD VIOLATE
 DRIVERS? EXPECTATION AND RESULT IN INCREASED CONFLICTS.
 PLEASE CONSIDER ALTERNATE DESIGN OR RELOCATE THE
 PROPOSED SITE DRIVEWAY.
 13. DRIVEWAYS SHOULD MAINTAIN THE SIDEWALK ELEVATION.
 THE SIDEWALK CROSSINGS ACROSS DRIVEWAYS SHOULD MAINTAIN
 THE SAME WIDTH AS THE SIDEWALK, BUT SHOULD BE NO LESS
 THAN 5 FEET IF CONSTRAINED AT THE CROSSINGS.
 14. SHOW CURB CUTS AND DRIVEWAYS ON OPPOSITE SIDE OF
 THE STREETS ALONG THE SITE FRONTAGE.
 15. SHOW FULL RIGHT-OF-WAY WIDTH.
 16. COORDINATE WITH ENGINEERING ON THE BANYAN BOULEVARD
 CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENT AND THE REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS ON
 BANYAN BOULEVARD. REFERENCE IN THE BANYAN BOULEVARD
 CORRIDOR DESIGN IN THE SITE PLAN AND PROVIDE ON-STREET
 PARKING (METERED BY THE CITY) ON BANYAN BOULEVARD.
 17. REPAVE OLIVE AVENUE ALONG THE SITE FRONTAGE.
 18. COORDINATE WITH PALM TRAN AND PROVIDE BUS SHELTER
 FOR THE EXISTING BUS STOP ON THE SITE FRONTAGE.
 19. PROVIDE AUTOTURN PATHS FOR DELIVERY AND GARBAGE
 TRUCKS.
 20. PROVIDE EASEMENT FOR THE PORTION OF SIDEWALK
 OUTSIDE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.
 21. CONSIDER PROVIDING THE FOLLOWING TRANSPORTATION
 DEMAND MANAGEMENT (TDM) STRATEGIES:
 A. UNBUNDLE PARKING SPACES FROM THE RENTAL LEASE
 B. PROVIDE TRANSIT PASS SUBSIDY
 C. PROVIDE SHARED MOBILITY SUBSIDY
