| | 7. PROTECTION OF NEIGHBORING PROPERTY. PROPERTY OWNER |
| | AND CONTRACTOR SHALL PROTECT ALL NEIGHBORING PROPERTY, |
| | INCLUDING VEHICLES, FROM DAMAGE OR DIRT CAUSED BY THE |
| | CONSTRUCTION, AND SHALL NOTIFY THE OCCUPANTS OF |
