| | STORM EVENTS SMALLER THAN THE 10-YEAR 1-DAY DESIGN |
| | STORM. THE APPLICANT SHOULD BE AWARE THAT THERE IS A |
| | RISK OF THERE BEING 12 TO 17 INCHES OF STANDING WATER |
| | IN THE PARKING LOTS DURING AND AFTER A STORM EVENT AND, |
| | DEPENDING ON THE GROUNDWATER TABLE AND EFFECTIVENESS OF |
| | THE EXFILTRATION TRENCHES, THE PARKING LOT(S) MAY BE |
| | FLOODED FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME. |

| | IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THIS FLOOD RISK NOTICE BE |
| | INCLUDED IN ANY USE LEASE AGREEMENTS WITH THIRD |

| | 2. DRAINAGE SYSTEMS TO BE DESIGNED TO MEET SFWMD |
| | CRITERIA FOR STORMWATER QUALITY AND PEAK DISCHARGE FOR |
| | PRE- VS POST-DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS. THERE IS A |
| | MODIFIED EXFILTRATION TRENCH EQUATION WHEN (DS > DU) OR |
| | (W > 2* [DU + DS]) |

| | 3. ALL DRAINAGE STRUCTURES CONNECTED TO EXFILTRATION |
| | TRENCHES SHALL HAVE POLLUTANT RETARDANT BAFFLES OVER |
| | THE EXFILTRATION PIPE CONNECTION (WHETHER "UPSTREAM" OR |
| | "DOWNSTREAM" OF THE EXFILTRATION TRENCH). |

| | 4. VERIFY DRAINAGE STRUCTURES ARE LARGE ENOUGH FOR THE |
| | INSTALLATION OF MORE THAN ONE PRB OR PRB AND WEIR IN |
| | THE STRUCTURES. |

| | 5. PROVIDE CCTV VIDEO OF EXISTING DRAINAGE PIPES FROM |
| | THE ALLEY TO THE CANAL. |
