 STORMWATER INFRASTRUCTURE ALONG SEGMENTS WHERE YOU ARE
 CONNECTING. (PPRC REQUIREMENT).
 8 INCH CONNECTION TO EXISTING CITY SANITARY SEWER SHALL
 BE MADE VIA A NEW DOGHOUSE STYLE MANHOLE.
 FOR THE ENGINEERING SUBMITTAL, CITY ENGINEERING
 SERVICES SUGGESTS ADDING IRRIGATION METER (WATER ONLY)
 TO ENGINEERING PLANS.
  
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS WERE UPLOADED ON 12/3/19 FOR

 -U.E. IS CUTTING OFF SOME OF THE DOMESTIC WATER SERVICE
 PIPING. SHOULD BE EXTENDED EAST TO INCLUDE THE N-S
 PIPING. THAT N-S PIPING SHOULD ALSO HAVING LABEL WITH
 PIPE SIZE AND TYPE.
 -THE PREFERRED LARGE METER INSTALLATION IS THE
 ABOVE-GROUND VARIANT IN CONJUNCTION WITH WS-8 FOR
 INCREASED SAFETY, COST REDUCTION, AND EASE OF
 MAINTENANCE. SHOULD BE CHANGED TO ABOVE-GROUND INSTALL
 INSTEAD OF VAULT. THIS WOULD LIKELY ALSO ALLOW
 ELIMINATION OF 45?S BETWEEN METER AND BACKFLOW ASSEMBLY
 IF BYPASS IS PUT ON SOUTHERN SIDE AND METER ON NORTHERN
 SIDE.
 -THE PICTURE SHOWS PARALLEL DOMESTIC BACKFLOW
 ASSEMBLIES, WHICH IS GOOD. IF THAT IS AS INTENDED,
 SHOULD UPDATE LABEL TO MENTION PARALLEL ASSEMBLIES.
 -NOT SURE IF THE CIRCLE ICON ADJACENT EAST SIDE OF
 WATER METER IS A TREE. IF SO, IT IS TOO CLOSE TO THE
 PIPING. TREE SHOULD BE RELOCATED EAST APPROXIMATELY 5
 FEET AND N-S ROOT BARRIER PLACED IN BETWEEN TREE AND
 PIPING.
 -IT LOOKS LIKE THE WATER SERVICES ARE CROSSING AND
 MULTIPLE FPL UTILITIES. PLAN SHOULD HAVE NOTATION ON
 HOW THIS CONFLICT IS RESOLVED. FOR EXAMPLE IS THE FPL
 BEING RELOCATED, OR DO THEY CROSS UNDER/OVER EACH
 OTHER.
 -THE WATER UTILITIES AND UE LOOK TO BE IN A 12? E-W
 PEDESTRIAN ACCESS EASEMENT. I AM NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE ON
 PEDESTRIAN EASEMENTS. PROJECT TEAM SHOULD VERIFY THAT
 IT IS ALRIGHT AND NOT PROBLEMATIC.
 -PAVEMENT RESTORATION JUST SHOWED HALF THE STREET, BUT
 EXISTING STREET LOOKS MORE LIKE A SINGLE LANE. PROJECT
 TEAM NEEDS TO VERIFY IF ALLOWED TO RESTORE LIKE THAT OR
 MUST RESURFACE ENTIRE WIDTH OF ROAD.
 -THERE IS AN EXISTING SMALL METERED WATER SERVICE ON
 THE EAST SIDE OF PROPERTY NEAR THE CENTER ON OLIVE.
 SHOULD BE DRAWN AND LABELED ON PLAN ALONG WITH WHAT
 WILL BE HAPPENING TO IT (REMOVED/CUT-BACK, CONTINUE
 USING FOR IRRIGATION, ETC?). CURRENTLY SHOW IT AS AN
 ACTIVE IRRIGATION WATER SERVICE FOR THE PROPERTY.
 -PROPOSED SS CROSSES WATER MAIN WHICH IS CONFLICT, BUT
 PLAN NOT SAY HOW CONFLICT IS RESOLVED. SHOULD BE
 LABELED WITH HOW CONFLICT IS RESOLVED. PREFERABLY WATER
 MAIN FEW FEET ABOVE SS.
 -FIRE HYDRANT AT NE CORNER OF PROPERTY NOT SHOWING UE
 AROUND IT -> LOOKS LIKE IT ON THE PRIVATE PROPERTY.
