 1. PROVIDE COUNTY TPS LETTER.
 2. PROVIDE TRIP DISTRIBUTION WITHIN THE RADIUS OF
 INFLUENCE PER PALM BEACH COUNTY TPS.
 3. VERIFY THE TRIP ASSIGNMENT AT THE TWO DRIVEWAYS
 SINCE THE VEHICULAR CIRCULATION FOR VEHICLES FROM
 PARKING LEVELS 2 AND 3 ARE RESTRICTED IN THE CURRENT
 SITE PLAN.
 4. PROVIDE A TRAFFIC CIRCULATION ANALYSIS AT THE
 FOLLOWING INTERSECTIONS:
 O DIXIE HIGHWAY/FERN STREET
 O DIXIE HIGHWAY/TANGLEWOOD COURT
 O DIXIE HIGHWAY/TRINITY PLACE
 O DIXIE HIGHWAY/LAKEVIEW AVENUE
 O DIXIE HIGHWAY/OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD
 O OLIVE AVENUE/FERN STREET
 O OLIVE AVENUE/TANGLEWOOD COURT
 O OLIVE AVENUE /TRINITY PLACE
 O OLIVE AVENUE/LAKEVIEW AVENUE
 O OLIVE AVENUE/OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD
 5. COMMITTED TRIPS FROM APPROVED DEVELOPMENTS SHOULD BE
 INCLUDED IN THE ANALYSIS.
 SITE PLAN COMMENTS:
 6. IF SMALL CAR PARKING SPACES ARE PROVIDED, PLEASE
 TALLY THE STANDARD AND SMALL CAR PARKING SPACES
 SEPARATELY.
 7. VERIFY THE REQUIRED PARKING CALCULATION.
 8. PROVIDE TURN-AROUND AND BACKUP SPACE AT DEAD-END
 PARKING AISLES, E.G. AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER ON THE
 GROUND FLOOR AND NORTHWEST CORNER ON LEVEL 3.
 9. PROVIDE ADDITIONAL ON-STREET PARKING SPACES ALONG
 OLIVE AVENUE.
 10. DIMENSION SIDEWALK WIDTHS. SIDEWALK SHOULD BE
 8-FOOT MINIMUM.
 11. PROVIDE SIDEWALK EASEMENT FOR THE PORTION OF
 SIDEWALK WITHIN THE PRIVATE PROPERTY.
 12. THE SIDEWALK SHOULD CONTINUE AT THE SAME LEVEL
 ACROSS THE TWO DRIVEWAYS. THESE SIDEWALK CROSSINGS
 SHOULD MAINTAIN THE SAME WIDTH AS THE SIDEWALK, BUT
 SHOULD BE NO LESS THAN 5 FEET IF CONSTRAINED AT THE
 CROSSINGS.
 13. CLARIFY HOW GARBAGE WOULD BE PICKED UP. SHOW
 AUTOTURN PATH FOR SERVICE VEHICLE AS APPLICABLE.
 14. PROVIDE ONE-WAY SIGN ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE
 STREET AT THE EGRESS LOCATIONS.
 15. ONE LOADING ZONE IS REQUIRED FOR THE COMMERCIAL USE
 PER CITY CODE 94-485.
 16. SHOW PEDESTRIAN CIRCULATION ROUTES TO THE BUILDING
 ELEVATORS.
 17. SHOW BICYCLE CIRCULATION ROUTES TO THE BICYCLE
 PARKING.
 18. INDICATE THE LOCATION OF THE BIKE SHARING STATION
 AND CAR SHARING STATION. CONSIDER PROVIDING BICYCLE
 CORRAL IN LIEU OF BIKE SHARING STATION.
 19. BICYCLE PARKING REQUIREMENT FOR MICRO-UNITS IS 0.5
 BICYCLE PARKING SPACES PER EVERY UNIT PER CITY CODE
 94-106.
 20. IF PARKING GARAGE WOULD BE GATED, PLEASE INDICATE
 THE LOCATION OF THE GATE.
 21. THE ONE-WAY WESTBOUND INTERNAL DRIVE AISLE NEAR THE
 TRASH AREA MAY NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT SIGHT DISTANCE
 LOOKING SOUTH FOR VEHICLES COMING OFF THE SPEED RAMP
 DUE TO THE TRASH RECEPTACLE, WHICH MAY CAUSE SAFETY
 ISSUE. PLEASE VERIFY AND REVISE.
 22. DO NOT ENTER SIGN SHOULD BE PROVIDED FOR ONE-WAY
 INTERNAL DRIVE AISLE.
 23. SHOW RIGHT-OF-WAY WIDTH FROM CENTERLINE AND FULL
 RIGHT-OF-WAY WIDTH.
 24. SHOW ROADWAY CENTERLINE ON SITE PLAN, AND VERIFY IF
 THE BUILDING MEETINGS THE SETBACK REQUIREMENT PER CITY
 CODE 94-305(D). ALSO, VERIFY IF THE PORCH AREA ALONG
 OLIVE AVENUE MEETS CITY CODE 94-305(B)(7), WHICH
 PROHIBITS ENCROACHMENT OF THE SETBACK AREA BY THE
 PORCHES CLOSER THAN 2 FEET TO THE PROPERTY LINE.
 25. CONTRIBUTION TO TROLLEY WOULD BE REQUIRED PER CITY
 CODE.
 26. CONSIDER PROVIDING TRANSPORTATION DEMAND MANAGEMENT
 (TDM) STRATEGIES, INCLUDING:
 A. UNBUNDLE PARKING SPACES
 B. PROVIDE TRANSIT PASS SUBSIDY
