 1. NO TRUCKS SHOULD USE GEORGIA AVENUE FOR DELIVERY.
 ALL DELIVERY TRUCKS SHOULD ACCESS THE SITE THROUGH
 DIXIE HIGHWAY AND THE PROPERTY PARKING LOT.
 2. PROVIDE AUTOTURN PATHS FOR ALL DELIVERY AND GARBAGE
 TRUCKS ACCESS AND IN ALL LOADING ZONES, AS APPLICABLE.
 TRUCKS IN THE LOADING ZONE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
 THE SITE APPEAR TO BLOCK THE INTERNAL DRIVE AISLE.
 ALSO, THE CITY CODE DOES NOT ALLOW FREIGHT VEHICLES TO
 BACKUP INTO THE STREET OR TAKE THE SIDE STREETS AS THE
 MAIN ROUTE. ALL TRUCK MANEUVERING SHOULD BE ON-SITE.
 3. SHOW PEDESTRIAN PATH BETWEEN DIXIE HIGHWAY AND THE
 WESTERN HALF OF BUILDING 3.
 4. ILLUSTRATE THE ACCESSIBLE PATH FROM THE TWO
 HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACES WEST OF BUILDING 1 TO THE
 BUILDING ENTRANCE.
 TRAFFIC STUDY COMMENTS:
 5. CLARIFY THE CALCULATION OF THE 10% REDEVELOPMENT
 CREDIT. IN THE LATEST SUBMITTAL, ONLY 29,022 SF OF
 WAREHOUSE IS REDEVELOPED INTO A GROCERY STORE, BUT THE
 REDEVELOPMENT CREDIT ASSUMED FOR PHASE 1 IS THE SAME AS
 THE FULL REDEVELOPMENT. 86,650 SF OF OFFICE IS
 DEMOLISHED AND CONVERTED TO PARKING. THE REMAINING
 OFFICE AND WAREHOUSE USES WOULD REMAIN IN THE EXISTING
 BUILDINGS.
 6. THE TRAFFIC STUDY SHOWS THE FULL REDEVELOPMENT WHICH
 GENERATE 1,976 NET NEW DAILY TRIPS AND 158 NET NEW PM
 TRIPS. IF THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT PROPOSE TO IMPLEMENT
 THE OFF-SITE IMPROVEMENTS TO MITIGATE TRAFFIC IMPACT OF
 THE FULL REDEVELOPMENT IN THIS MINOR AMENDMENT, PLEASE
 SUBMIT A SEPARATE TRAFFIC STATEMENT OR LETTER SIGNED BY
 A PE DOCUMENTING TRIP GENERATION FOR ONLY PHASE 1 OF
 THE DEVELOPMENT. THE FULL TRAFFIC STUDY WILL BE
 REVIEWED IN DETAIL WHEN MAJOR AMENDMENT APPLICATION IS
 SUBMITTED, AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE CITY'S TRAFFIC
 STUDY REQUIREMENTS AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION.
